Great customer service. It was Bailey’s first time there. He was able to be groomed the same day as they had a cancellation. They listened to how I wanted him groomed. I love how he looks , will definitely return!

Oh my goodness! I was more than pleasantly surprised and beyond that my dog is SO happy, cute and clean! She had a great time with Tori and literally I’ve never had her come out of the groomers before in 13 years (regularly) SO happy and relaxed…she slept on my lap on the way home - a total first. We will definitely definitely be back! Couldn’t be happier with the service! I took so many pics when she got home because she was so happy! For a 13 yr old to get that much energy…it’s been a long time since I saw her smile so big. Thank you Tori and the Flawless Paws crew!

First time here to take my precious dog they did such a good job on his haircut. I change places from PS because i became aware of lawsuits and dogs that died because of them. I love my dog to much to be okay with that and to make it worst they kept it a secret. So far I am loving this place.

I took my cat in for a bath and sanitary trim and clip off some hair mats. I wasn’t expecting much because cats are difficult to work with. She looked beautiful and would definitely go back again.

Took my nervous rescue kitten, Romeo, to have his nails trimmed and a bath. The staff was so friendly and the groomer was very patient with him. Romeo was too scared to have a bath, but he got a nice nail trim and a brushing! He looked so handsome when I picked him up. Will definitely go back!

Everyone was incredibly nice, services offered were reasonable. I chose a scent that was for skin calming but will probably not use it again because it was so strong after picking her up. I just have a sensitive nose. But cannot wait to bring our lovey back!Update: another great groom!! We love this place!

Let me just say you do NOT get customer service like this anywhere these days. They’re so polite. I was late for my appointment and was told to still come in and when I got my Shepsky back you could tell they did such a thorough job & she smelled amazing. I look forward to bringing back our second dog. Only thing is they only accept tips in cash so make sure you bring cash when you come in. Another plus side the store is clean & my dog had no issues. They made sure my dogs were fully vaccinated which means others dogs are too. - Thanks *****

I brought my sassy girl (cat) to be groomed the gentleman helped me and he was so kind and awesome. Long story short they gave sassy a bath but that’s all they could do bc sassy was just having a hard time! They were compassionate and went above and beyond making sure my girl was okay! Flawless Paws always does an amazing job with my dog, Hazel! She’s not the biggest fan of the groomer and tends to be scared upon drop off and they always take great care of her making her feel as calm and comfortable as possible, especially Shae he is wonderful! She always comes back very happy and clean, from ears to paws! They also always get me an appointment quick and have even squeezed me in the same day. Highly recommend!

We have been taking my dog here for the last 6 years! They have always done an amazing job. And today was no different. Nicole was all alone due to COVID but made sure she took good care of our senior dog and even gave her an extra bath when she had an accident at the end. Always will recommend!

I love this place! Bringing my Yorkie back for the second time today, our first experience was amazing! The atmosphere of the place makes you feel good about leaving your pet there. My dog was soooo hairy, like wolverine, and when I saw him again he was so cute and all shaped up, it really took me back. Definitely recommend!

Had some miscommunication issues my first time here, but Shay the owner was a great help. I brought my dog in who was matted and the groomer gave a great cut with the situation she had. Some miscommunication on the type of cut but she did what was best for my dog. My pup ended up breaking out from the sanitary cut and became inflamed and swollen in his private area due just because it happens sometimes. Shay reached out quickly and gave me a refund and even gave me some options to help his itching and swelling. Great customer service and just some messed up communication from both sides, but everything is good in the end!
