Typical dollar tree but what made it stellar for me is that they have cash back features and tap to pay on their terminals. I forgot my wallet 40 miles away and I was able to pay for my items with my watch and get some cash back to carry with me.

nastiest customer service ever, cashier name was “Ashanti” was on her phone the time we were paying, kept going on a phone call while ringing us up complaining about having to do her job, giving the whole line a nasty attitude. Normally all the cashiers are friendly but this one was just plain nasty.

This is real dollars store, almost everything’s in the store is $1.25 with the same quality as the other store. Compare to Canada same store is much better and with more variety. Also they have ice cream and frozen pizza. Overall it’s good and I highly recommend.

I carry a card stating I have a medical condition and I MUST be allowed to use the restroom. Older lady with glasses said I could not use the restroom. I explained I carry a medical card and asked where they would go. She abruptly said "next door" and then proceeded to ignore me. It is a law I be allowed. ALLY's Law!! NY State recognizes this law. This was an emergency medical issue. I had to put my stuff down and pray I would make it to the car and to a different store and not have an embarrassing incident. Dollar Tree Corps needs to educate their rude employees. I should have stood there and had an accident right there in the store.

I love dollar tree and the workers at other dollar tree locations. A handful of the women workers at this particular location of off 211 in Middletown New York are rude condescending and unhelpful. I have asked for help with products that they have in stock and they have flat out with use to help and question why i'm even there. When I have spoken up and asked them to explain why they're being so rude to me they have told me that "I can leave if I don't like the way im being spoken to". One of the male workers there apologize to me when I was there over the weekend And told me that there's a "toxic environment" at this location among the workers. I literally spent thousands of dollars at dollar trees across new york, new jersey in pennsylvania every month. This is the only one where the workers are absolutely toxic.

I really love the Dollar Tree. I have to travel to a decent one in Middletown NY as the one in Ellenville NY where I live SUCKS after it was renovated and combined with Family Dollar (same company). Very inconvenient for me now-however, Dollar Tree has always been my go to, and I still really like it.

I just left Dollar tree spending more than I was intending to spend I always go in there looking for one item and find many many more. Just because it's so cheap it's easy to spend your money there it was kind of busy this evening but the staff was friendly and helpful when I ask them questions and the store was clean. I always enjoy shopping there especially when I don't have a lot of money to spend.

Great store. Very well organized and a wonderful selection of holiday merchandise. I am from out of state (New Jersey) but come to the area because of the abundant and awesome shopping. Dollar Tree was a great stop for Valentine's Day decorations and goodies for my classroom and students. Also got a jump on St. Patrick's Day. Will be back!!!

I don’t know when the pictures were taken but the store didn’t look like the pictures. When I went in the other day the aisles were a mess. Merchandise thrown all over the place and on the floor. I found what I needed but it would be nice if the shelves were organized and the floor clear.

Sadly I have always been satisfied when shopping at this location but sadly they have lost their touchThe store is always in need of cashiers especially on holidays, weekends and Valentine's Day. The lines are huge with little support. Many costumers leave having the store lose income.Their are so many unopened boxes with new merchandise, Sunday's News paper have No coupons.Store is clean but clouded.Staff seemed to be overworked but still keep s positive attitudeVery friendly and willing to assistPlease assist your employees before you lose them. Also manager is very kind and well mannered. She is also exhaustedYour store might need a visit from Human Resources.I'm happy to have you here in Middletown/Walkill.Best Wishes and God bless you all.

Even with the .25¢ increase it's worth the stop. Good name brands and off name brands for someone on a very tight budget. Love the seasonal craft area for home made simple projects .

Very rude teller. The guy was very pleasant and even had conversations with the kids that made purchases. The girl on the register did not even let the words come out of my mouth before she started to speak. Was not happy! First time ever.

Always a fun place to see what's available for crafting and decorating when it's cold outside. Also a good shopping experience for inexpensive cleaning supplies so there is no guilt throwing them away when used.

If you want pre purchased balloons or any balloons from here, make sure they tie them properly.Called ahead to ask if they filled pre purchased balloons, they said yes. I came in and had them fill and tie a dozen mylars. Once I stepped to my car 2 balloons floated away because the filler didn’t tie them properly.

A nice, reasonably well-maintained dollar store. You can find some surprisingly good stuff here, and all of those little $2.99 and $3.99 savings over Walmart's stuff adds up to real money over time.

Had a hard time finding what i want, due to the disarray of the store. Granted it is the day before Valentine's Day. But the fact that 2 of the 5 registers were open and the line was long and again in disarray ( 3 people magically appeared in front of me...) i just had leave my items and go elsewhere.

Well stocked, with plenty of choices to choose from. They stock household items such sd kitchen gagets, they also have food, snacks, cards and plenty more.. They always have many seasonal items. Convient parking and right by highway exit.
