I cannot say how great the folks here are. My energetic otherwise healthy older cat became very ill. They saw her right away. Spent so much time with me and the cat. We didn't feel inconvenient. They truly cared. I can't thank them enough

We are very happy with this vet. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and the vet herself is fantastic. Unfortunately, we haven’t actually been able to go inside since we moved to the area amid the pandemic. But we are very satisfied with the care our two year old west highland terrier received and our experience in general.

This place has not been the same since Dr. Stewart retired and turned it over to the current owners. After 13 years I was turned away when my girl needed help in an emergency situation on a Friday at 4pm. I asked to speak to the doctor and for a call back and got nothing. I was left to go to a very expensive alternative. I ended up caring for my dog on my own in the end and finding a new place to go. I am disgusted.

Dr. Hewlett is wonderful! I brought my dachshund in with back issues (he was in a lot of pain). She spent a lot of time with him, gave him some meds, went over his x-rays with me, and was very thorough and caring. She actually treated him like he was her own dog. In the end, she knew exactly how to handle his case, and within days he was feeling much better. And in response to another review, they are open Saturdays (that's when they saw him). I would definitely recommend Dr. Hewlett, she seems very knowledgeable, and is definitely concerned with her patients. Let me also add that everyone there was very caring and expressed genuine concern for my dog. I normally don't leave reviews, but I was so impressed with this place that I feel they deserve it. thank you!Update: been going here for years now, highly recommended!

The team here is phenomenal. They stayed late on a Friday night to perform an emergency surgery on my dog. This not only saved me from getting raked over the coals at a 24 hour emergency vet, it likely saved her life. We have always loved this vet, but this service was above and beyond. I would recommend this in a heartbeat.

Love the people here! they have gone above and beyond helping us care for our furry kids, and are always accommodating and helpful. I honestly feel like we are working together for their well being which is more than Ive gotten at most places. They truly care about your pets, they are basically like our family doctor. My dog is always so excited to visit Animal Clinic Of Tower Drive. They are very caring and always treat him with love. Moreover because he is a reactive dog , him and I always feel safe there. Last visit was to check the wound after a tumor surgical removal. They really did excellent job. Also their recommendation for supplements and treatments helped my dog who suffered arthritis and allergies to be able to jump, play and generally be very active and also lately I haven't seen any symptom of allergy.

100 star rating if I could.My family and I had to make the difficult decision to put to rest our sick 16 year old dog. On what felt like the worst day ever, the team at Tower Drive Animal Clinic was so comforting and respectful of myself and my family. They treated us as I would imagine you do family in tough situations like this. Nothing can make that day any less heartbreaking for us but I am forever grateful to the team at Tower Drive Animal Clinic for their treatment of our beloved Bob and my family. We received his remains today and the presentation and sympathy card from the team brought tears to my eyes. A million thank you’s.

We have been using Dr Stewart and his staff ever since he started his practice over 30 years ago! Compassionate, honest, - there are simply not enough nice things to say about him, his techs and especially Marion - who has been his receptionist since the very start! He has never failed to be honest with us about our cats, and when the that sad time comes, he has been especially humane an caring to both and our beloved friends. No unneeded tests, or drawn out treatments, when all is needed is not to let either the animal or owner suffer. Dr Stewart - you're the best!

Progressive with their treatment and reasonably priced. They were amazing when they helped us say goodbye to one of our dogs last year. I was very pleased with Dr. Kellis's treatment plan for my eldest dog today.

We took our dog Tyson there when we had to put him down because he became extremely sick. The vet at CedarKnoll (who we went to first to treat him) was, in my opinion, not compassionate or caring at all. So I called Animal Clinic because it used to be Dr. Stewart who was wonderful. The vet and the staff were so amazingly caring and compassionate that when we got another dog, Nova, we decided to take her there. They are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone who asks. We have found our new vet.

I just took my cat there for her first appointment and the doctor was so helpful . Even though it's only my cat's first appointment i can just tell how caring they were . The receptionist and the other assistants were great ...I'm looking forward to bringing her here again .

A very friendly and professional animal clinic. I take both of my Golden Retrievers here whenever they have a problem. There is usually no wait or at most very little wait for the appointment to start. I would strongly suggest this place is you have a pet. Plus for me it is only a few miles from my house and they do have convenient hours.

Had a parakeet with a terminal condition. Called every vet in orange county and was turned away for 3 days straight while all I wanted was to help end the suffering of my little bird. While the vet isn't an avian specialist, she understood the situation and got me an appointment in an hour to help our little friend end her pain and move on to a better world. I will be forever thankful, as I couldn't stand another helpless moment watching her in agony.
