Victoria is an excellent and caring groomer. I’ve been incredibly happy with how she has groomed our two cats- they come out looking and smelling fantastic, and it’s clear she has taken great care of them. She’s a very good communicator and makes scheduling very easy. She was also willing to patiently explain the whole process ahead of our first session. She’s truly wonderful and I can’t recommend her enough.

Staff is lovely and for years has been taking great care of our family. As usual, everyone we see is kind, helpful and polite with us. Dr. Jaramillo is a new face for us, but absolutely wonderful! He took amazing care of our cat, was so good handling her and so knowledgeable. He diagnosed her quickly and easily, as well as quickly beginning her treatment for a chronic illness. Everything was explained really well to us and overall we are very thankful to have seen him for our visit.

My kitten was injured a few months ago and over the course of a week completely lost use of his hind legs. In a panic I took him to an emergency vet who basically told me to put him down and that it was too late. The next day I brought him to Ani-Mall, the only vet I have ever and will ever use. Dr. Mangan and all of the staff at Ani-Mall have been so compassionate and so helpful to me and my baby during these last few months. Although there have been many ups and downs for him through this, Ani-Mall has always been quick to get us in to be seen, even at the last minute, and they have not given up on him. I am so grateful for all of the wonderful staff there. Even though my kitten hates some of his treatments, he loves all of the staff and is so relaxed every time we go to the vet. They have made this whole process so much easier and more manageable. Thank you Ani-Mall staff for everything you do🐾🐱❣️

After being a client of Ani Mall for several years, my American Bully became pregnant. At the advice of the doctor, we allowed her to attempt labor naturally and avoid a c-section after previously being advised by an emergency vet that a c-section would be necessary due to her size and anatomy. Because of this terrible advice, we lost 5 out of the 6 puppies in labor and almost lost the mother. The 6th puppy made it, but was in very poor condition and we were advised it was unlikely she’d make it through the first night. Thankfully she did.When we brought mom and the puppy to Animall, she was in bad shape, as indicated upon her birth. After losing the rest of the litter, we were devastated. Rather than offering any amount of compassion, the manager was awful and belligerent when dealing with me. She clearly felt I should have known better, but the reality was I was doing everything I could to keep a puppy alive that I was told wouldn’t make it to begin with. I am not a backyard breeder, nor a breeder at all. Our family pets mated & we did everything we could during her pregnancy to prepare for the birth: our mistake was letting her labor naturally. She was in such bad condition due to the horrible advice by the doctors at Animall, not because of my doing. The interaction with the manager, Jennifer, left me speechless and heartbroken. Again, as a returning customer of almost 6 years with no previous issues. Because of this… I shared my disgust with Animall staff and transferred the care of my dogs to another vet, which has been great.Unfortunately, a year later, the puppy has an allergic reaction and needed her ears checked. After making and confirming an appointment with Animall, because our primary vet was unavailable, I was contacted by Animall and told the doctor is refusing the appointment because of my previous complaint against the office manager. I am stunned, that again, Animall chooses to behave in a vindictive manner, putting personal conflicts above the needs and care of animals that require medical attention.I rarely write reviews, but felt this was the only way to voice my dissatisfaction with a vet I had used for years and trusted with the well being of my family pets.Shame on you JENNIFER and the doctor that refused today’s appointment. I hope you all learn a lesson in compassion and how to deal with people WITHOUT judgement, especially those who are dealing / have dealt with considerable hardship and heartbreak.

I had purchased a puppy from a breeder the day before and the puppy was vomiting and had diaharrea. I called them as a first time client and they got me in ASAP and diagnosed the puppy with Parvo and treated with fluids. They were great and would highly recommend them.

If I could give them ten starts I would. Ani-Mall pet hospital is full of caring, kind, and honest folks. From Sandy & Suzy in reception, to Tim the hot Tech, & Jennifer the dog whisperer. To Dr. Mangan, a INCREDIBLY smart and compassionate veterinarian, who goes above and beyond for us every single time. I’ve even had the privilege to speak with their groomer Victoria, an absolute sweetheart.They have treated my pups in emergency situations, for regular visits & for a deep teeth cleaning surgery that involved extractions. If it wasn’t for Dr Mangan I wouldn’t have found the right supplement to get my Pup Brooklyn’s digestive system back to normal.Thank you from the bottom of my heart Ani mall, for ALL that you guys do!!! It’s a beautiful thing having a vet you know & trust. 🙏 I would recommend them to everyone I know and love.

I was there for grooming. The groomer did a good job. Not like patches work like other groomers in the area. Groomers in Orange County doesn't know how to groom. But they charge you $60 to $120 for a mess up job.

It was Fancy's first time boarding at the Ani-mall Hospital so I wasn't sure what to expect. To my satisfaction, my fur baby was well taken care of from June 29th through July 12th. She received a complimentary bath on the seventh day, the staff text photos during her stay, and she smelled so good when we picked her up on July 12th. She has a grooming appointment scheduled there for next week and I would definitely board her there next time.

They appear to really care and the atmosphere is very quaint, but clean the times I've been there. Grooming is a bit expensive, bit overall I would recommend this place for your pet to start off with, if you just got one.

Tori and the staff at ani-mall were great, my dog Otter had his first ever haircut this week and he looks great. I feel better because i can check for ticks much easier and get a break from vacuuming the house every two days. thanks ani-mall for taking care of two anxious animals

This is a wonderful place to bring your pet. The doctors and the support staff are professional, caring, and attentive. They take an interest in the well-being of your pet and follow up with you with updates on your pet. I have a new Frenchie and I trust them to give him the best care. I highly recommend Ani-Mall Pet Hospital to anyone looking for a good Veterinarian.

I do not recommend this vet. Do not trust them with any surgical procedures. My dog had a minor issue that was poorly handled. Ended his life early because of it. I was never shown an x-ray. My dog was always examined in a back space where I couldn't see what was happening. Post operative care was nonexistent. I was bringing him in weekly with my concerns and was being told he was fine. Went for a second opinion and quickly saw the difference in the quality of care. He was not "fine" he was not prescribed the correct medication, his x-ray was shocking! immediately realized I was getting scammed all along with Ani-Mall. Take you pet to Wutsburo or Monhegan if you want a healthy pet. My dog is in an urn on a mantel now at just 4 years old.

Everyone there is professional and caring. My dog gets the best care here. They always follow up with a phone call to check up on him and they’re always available to answer all my questions. The hospital is clean and well kept and they’re conveniently located from where I live.

I've been bringing my cat here to be groomed for 15 years. She's very difficult to handle and has to be sedated.. They always do a wonderful job. And the veterinary care is superb. They take their time & explain everything carefully and answer all your questions..

All of the staff at Ani-Mall Pet Hospital are very warm and caring. This past week I had all four of my cats in for their yearly check up . They range in age from 2 years old to 11. Dr Jairo Jaramilla and his assistant gave each of my kitties a thorough exam not one was rushed even though there were 4 . He doesn’t push things that are not needed. But kept me up to date on long time issues. What to watch for just in case. I truly recommend going there. Multiple years back I did not have a permanent vet. My 2nd oldest cat got really ill with a urinary infection. He spent the night in urgent care and needed to see a vet immediately the next day. I called the vet I had used for my oldest cat. They had never seen Scoobie and because he was not yet their patient they wouldn’t fit him in even though it was an emergency.. I call around to many vets in the area. And got the same response. I finally talked to the staff at Ani- Pet Hospital. They also had a very full schedule they knew this was an emergency and managed to fit us in. Because of this and how they care for my fur babies they will always have my loyalty. Anyone out there needing a vet should consider using their services.

My expectations were surely exceeded. I contacted Ani-mall in distress when I realized my dog was sick and I did not have an established vet. The receptionist immediately was kind and helpful. My dog got in the next day and I found out that she needed emergency surgery. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. Her surgery went smoothly, and they were honest with me by giving me a quote with a range of prices. I really appreciate that. I found everything to be extremely reasonable too.The entire staff was so good with my dog and kind to me. I can't recommend this place enough!!!Thank you Ani-Mall.
