The Carpet Doctor did an amazing job and all of the carpets in a relatives house that we are trying to sell. There were stains on all of the carpets that I never thought would come out and you would never tell when they were finished cleaning them. The whole house smelled so fresh and clean. Have used The Carpet Doctor on 2 occasions to restore a basement carpet that saturated following severe rain. On both visits Luke thoroughly explained the work that would be required and materials used. Steam cleaned, disinfected and deodorized. Results could not have been better. I had a couple stubborn stains on my carpet. I had tried Stanley Steamer in the past but they rushed and nothing was cleaned well. Today I had LUKE from the Carpet Doctor! He took the time to assess the carpet and ask about my concerns. He got out all of the stains and my carpet looks brand new!! Thank you . Will only use them in the future
