I as in the store Friday 12/22 23 the whole store was a shambles some isles were so bad you could not push a cart through it and this is not the first time. Back in today 12/23/23 you only had one person in the store at 2:30 in the afternoon I hope you made a lot of money making your customers wait in line on a coupon Saturday and two days before Christmas. I can only hope the rest of your stores are run a little better than your Middleport store The reason for one star that is the lowest i could give

Recently purchased a gift card here as I have in the past with no problems. This time I bring it home and I give it as a gift a few days later. Then I’m told when they tried to use it they were told it had no balance. So I had to get it back from them and take it to the store just for them to say they couldn’t do anything about it. They said it’s not a problem on they’re end so not only do I have to go out of my way to take it back to the store, but now they tell ME I have to call customer service and figure it. And come to find out that recently they have had this issue at least a few times prior to me. Very disappointed, ZERO accountability, NO help. If I need another gift card in the future I’m not getting from here.

It would be nice if the cashiers would pay attention to the person they are cashing out instead of chit chatting with their freinds no hi no thank you no your welcome nothing except total rudeness, as a customer I dont need to listen to there personal problems.i was there on Sunday Sept 3rd at 1130

Went in to buy chicken salad in a can it was a dollar 55 and when I got up to the cash register they had not brought the price new price up yet it is now 295 a can and then I bought some other stuff it was a dollar 35 a pack and it turned out to be on sale for a buck-fifty for 2 and then when I cashed out they had no receipt for me cuz I haven't loaded it so I didn't get a receipt when I walked out of what balance I had on my food. Sounds like me they need a new manager not too happy with the service this time I usually come here then going to Medina Dollar General I hope they can act a little bit more efficient here next time I come.

Neet and organized store. They have had what I needed or looking for so far. I'd give 5 stars but the 4 times I've been here there is never anyone on the register. I'll stand there for a max of 5 minutes never said I'll be right there just me standing there waiting for someone to come over and cash me out. I get the whole cutting staffing hours thing but if your going to use the cashier as a stock person put a bell at the register so I can call them back to help the customer!

Staff are really easy to become friends with and they have a great little family inside, they good products some better then others would not reccomend anything electrical, batteries, chargers, keyboards, ect.. there not good at all but they are cheap. The range of products aren't bad and there clothes are decent and comfortably priced.

Sooner or later I think there may actually be a DG on every corner! Lol...But what can I say 90 % of the ones around here are great, they usually have what you need at a good price and with helpful friendly service... And I especially love the 18 packs of Mt. Dew. Lol such a good deal. Not the healthiest liquid... But my fam attacks 1 problem at a time... 😁

The manger is rude and they never have baby products in stock and when you kindly ask them if they could check in the back and they don't and say there going to call the cops all over some diapers my son needed diaper and they didn't have his size out. The manger needs to be fired and something will get done about people getting escorted out when trying to buy diaper for there son you guys are pathetic and sit on your phone's all day and are not much help when it come to getting product that are cheap and even stocked on the shelfs. Do your job manger cuz you suck at it.

Clearly states they are open until 9pm and close at 9pm. I pull in parking lot showing up at 8:27pm on 8/12/21 and the doors are locked and closed already. Stick to store hours or change them but dont waste peoples time and gas LIEING about it!

I visited Dollar General @ 4201 Carmen Rd., Middleport, NY this morning, 9/29/20.As I stood in line to check out (wearing my face mask), I noticed the male cashier had a face mask down around his neck. The female customer checking out had no face mask on and none visible. Another male customer walked up behind me, stood within 3 feet of me, with no mask on and none visible. When I went to check out, I told the male cashier, who is behind plexiglass, "I thought customers were required to wear face masks." He replied "nope!" I guess they can all make up whatever rules they want to??? Time for me to go to a different DG from now on. 🤬😡

This is the biggest dollar general I have ever been in! Well stocked, they had everything I was looking for. Fast register service and friendly employees. Nice big parking lot.

Consistently shelves not stocked and the place is always a mess. Only visit due to location close by when pinched for time and don't want to drive to Medina or Lockport.

It's the worst dollar General I've ever been to the price tags were all over the place not even under the right products total disorganization the staff looks like they crawled out from under a rock to murder unsuspecting public terrible terrible terrible I got an uneasy feeling in my stomach just being there if there was any other store within 15 miles I would've went there
