This was our first visit to the new The Ice-Burgh in beautiful Middleburgh NY. Offering soft, hard ice-cream and a limited food menu, The Ice-Burgh offers a quick stop to eat with a gorgeous view.The food menu consists of hot dog, hamburger/cheeseburger, crispy chicken sandwich (spicy and regular), hand cut french fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, fried pickle chips, Mac n Jack/ Mac n cheese bites and cheese curds.Please see my pics for the ice cream menu.We decided on the cheeseburger and onion rings with zesty sauce. I found the beef patty of decent size with a nice bun, the cheese was a bit lacking, it should be nice and melty. Also perhaps in the future offer lettuce and tomato as standard and Bacon for an upcharge (because Bacon makes everything better). Also we found one burger a bit under done for Dawn's liking so I offered to switch with her, she doesn't believe she was asked for degree of doneness at the time of the order. We found the onion rings nice and crisp and the zesty sause added a nice kick.We finished with 2 baby size soft twists with chocolate sprinkles, cone in a cup. A nice treat to end the visit.The Ice-Burgh offers a number of picnic tables with umbrellas with a view looking towards the majestic Vroman's Nose mountain.We will definitely be back!

Drove by this stand while road tripping from CT to Oswego, NY. It was a great stop! Prices were fantastic compared to what I'm used to in CT ($3.50 for a good sized ice cream + $0.45 for the cone). Flavors were delicious and very rich. Would definitely stop again if in the area.

Best soft ice cream around. Great variety of specialty Sundaes. I love the peanut butter Sundaes with twist ice cream. Service is always fast and a good amount of tables to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful view

Very good ice cream.Shake was very thick and I didn't even ask for the extra thick shake.Its not s free standing store but a small food trailer.It is absolutely spotless.The lady who served us was very outgoing.It is literally in a field but with a gravel parking lot but it had an awesome view where you can sit down.Def check it out.

You really can't beat the view at the Ice-Burgh. They have plenty of outdoor seating with show-stopping views of farmland and Vroman's Nose. It's the place to be on a sunny day. Always fast & friendly service and great ice cream! 🍦

Located in what's easily one of the most beautiful parts of the Preston Hollow, Middleburgh, Schoharie area; on NY State Route 145, not long before crossing into Albany County, is the Ice-Burgh. They always seem to have a wide variety of Perry's Hard Ice Cream, and Crowley's soft ice cream in (at least) Vanilla, Chocolate and "twist" varieties. I've never been disappointed with their portions or their prices. And, as I said, the area is beautiful. Plus, even when crowded, the staff is polite and keeps on top of the grounds. I've seen people there with their families; friends on motorcycles; couples and families with their pets there. One trip there and I personally think you'll see and understand why: It's welcoming, the view is the quintessential definition of beautiful; scenic. And, it's easy to find a half hour's disappeared as you've enjoyed your preferred treat and gotten lost daydreaming.

We have been checking out the middleburg area with our family. We stopped to this adorable establishment, not only is it crazy affordable $20 for 6 people but it was delicious! Highly recommended!

I had a hot dog, water, and one of their apple cider donut sundaes. While eating a couple of C130s from Stratton came through low over the valley. It was a great fall day.

"The Ice-berg" is Great! The owners and their helpers are super. The only problem that I can see is that we are TOO CLOSE to "The Ice-berg", which is very dangerous for us....but that is our problem.
