I just switched my Home and Auto Insurance to State Farm with Kelly Houston. She made it easy to do. I was able to do it by e mail, ( I'm not crazy about phones). She also got me better coverage at a nice savings. Very pleasant all of the way around! Thank you so much Kelly!

Working with Kelly was a literal dream come true- she was able to save my husband and I SO much money on not only our car insurance, but also our home owners insurance and walked us through every single step so the process was seamless. I am someone who absolutely hates taking care of stuff like this (especially when it means changes!) and Kelly made the process quick and pain free. Kelly just helped me out right before the agency closed for the day, so I could my insurance ID cards before driving off the dealer lot. Chris from the agency is great too. I really appreciate everyone there and see the value in having an agency in the area that knows you instead of waiting on hold to talk with a robot from geico or esurance. Rates are fair, had a couple claims this year with State Farm and they haven’t raised rates or tried to drop us or played any games. Satisfied customer here

Met with Kelly today for the first time day, she was wonderful! She does my mothers insurance as well and the three of us got me renters and life insurance today. And it was honestly fun, I expected boring but Kelly was very nice and talkative! As well as funny, and so were the other reps that were there. Everyone was lovely and great to chat with. And of course they were very helpful in getting me set with everything. Wonderful service and just wonderful people.

Sam was wonderful to work with. Friendly, fast and efficient. We're first-time homebuyers, and we came to her with little experience and a lot of questions. Sam made us feel comfortable and informed as she guided us through the process. And, we were able to secure high-quality coverage with a few extras at an affordable rate. We'd definitely recommend her (and this office) to friends! Having the ability to text was a huge plus.

Stay away!! This is a terrible company, poor service, and outrageous price hikes. I previously held a policy with the same agent for full coverage/high deductible for approximately $90 a month. I took my car off the road for a few months due to being in between jobs (3-4 months) I called to re-activate the same policy with no changes and was quoted literally double, $183 per month!!! Rate increase of 100%. No new incidents, accidents, or tickets. When quizzed, I was told "rate increases in New York." I was then informed that there was a 3 day underwriting hold before I could go to the DMV. What?! I needed the car right away for a new job. Any other time in the past, next day service for having active insurance. I adjusted the coverage to drop the collision and comprehensive and the price still came in higher at $98/month. I feel unprotected. As I needed the car, I simply agreed to it without a lot of time to shop around. Then, a few days later after registering the car, and getting plates, to my surprise, they shipped a bluetooth beacon for a drive safe program. This entails bluetooth on my phone as well as location services. This is a huge hassle and battery drain on my phone, plus having to have it plugged in to charge the battery. The agent "forgot" to tell me about this and did not mention that I would have to use this program to get the quoted price. When I called to inquire, the agent tried to raise the price on the policy for not agreeing to be tracked for acceleration, braking, cornering etc. I asked for a manager, and the agent failed to do a transfer saying nothing could be done. I ended the call. This sounds like bait and switch - told one price, service on the phone, then because of their incompetence, I have to end the drive safe program, and then pay the increase in premium as a result. State Farm is going to lose a customer for this kind of non-sense. Is this how they treat all their customers? This agent/company deserves this review as it is 100% truth. Terrible service. I will be changing insurance, ASAP.Update after owner response: I did not agree to the Drive and Save discount, you even stated it was a training issue with your staff, so that makes you a liar as well. The quote and policy were issued on the phone, and then you point out the fine print after. I paid for the policy before having a chance to review the documents and the agent knew this. The agent included the discount without my express permission, so that is saying one thing and doing another. Anyone would question almost a $600 increase over six months. The agent failed to point out a tracking device in my vehicle which I would never request or ask for. I posted my terrible experience with State Farm, as well as your terrible service (and expensive). I find you extremely rude and I stand by my review and experience 100%. Train your staff to communicate and do their job properly before you raise the price by double and by 100%. You blamed everything on COVID-19 and a number of other factors. Take some responsibility and accountability.I filed a formal complaint with State Farm regarding your deceptive practices as well as initiating an underwriting review. The second level support agent at the corporation customer service used the terminology "deceptive sales practices" - pull the recording.

Lindsey went above and beyond like she does for every customer that calls or goes to her State Farm office! She was able to help out a mutual customer (two hours after closing might I add!) after saving them $50 per month from her competitors! It’s not always what you know but who you know! Lindsey treats everyone like family and will do everything she can to help you out with your insurance needs! I highly recommend her and her staff to anyone that’s in the market for auto, home or life insurance! Thanks again for your help Lindsey! We appreciate your hard work and dedication!
