I am so lucky to have this place in our town. They have the absolute best staff. They are accommodating and willing to work with you regarding your pets. My snake went on an absolute hiatus with eating and they were more than helpful with my situation. I am so grateful for this place.

My fiancé and I stopped by for the first time today and we were very impressed! The person on staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Even though we didn’t end up buying a pet today, we will definitely be back for a pet in the future once we do a bit more research. The dog in the shop was also very friendly. Great experience overall.

I will absolutely recommend this place to all my friends and family. I have been going here for well over 5 years. They are the only local pet store in the area without going to Oneonta or Albany, so it’s very convenient to come here for all my pet needs. The owners are very knowledgeable and have no problem educating you on anything you may want to know. I have mainly been purchasing crickets for my reptiles, but just recently bought a ball python from them as well. The pricing was very fair and he gave me the whole run down on the proper care and necessities for it. This place will have forever have my business for as long as it’s open!

The guys are great and knowledgeable . I bought a lot from there that's my go too for fish shop local..,but this morning I got up and 4 of my fish were dead 3 lived idk y they died everything was great and 3 of the fish I only had for one day and the the other over a week and a half ..usually my fish don't die maybe a bad Batch of fish 🐠its sad..

Great selection of healthy fish. Prices are reasonable, and selection is great for a smaller store. Anything they don't have can be ordered and in stock in days. Owner is very knowledgeable on all fish and equipment for sale. Shop dog is very friendly!

Super friendly and personable guy with a LARGE variety of well kept fish and reptiles. Finally a pet store that you can leave with some real knowledge of your purchase. Tanks are awesome and if you need something he will order it for you. I'll definitely be going back soon for more feeders and tips.

Do you enjoy going to the pet store? You like taking your time without being rushed or bothered? Then go here! Place is clean and tranquil, if you have a question it's answered, if you need anything and they don't carry it it's promptly ordered. Very nice shop! Don't change a thing guys.

I always get my fish from fish tails & fur because I trust them I also got my Guinea pig from there . They always treat there animals right. If u want a pet I suggest u go there. Ps. They also have a nice bunny named Bob and a amazing dog named molly and they walk around the store for u to pet them 🐟🐍🦎
