Took infant passport photos that didn’t meet the criteria and was sent a denial letter from department of state. Walgreens Personnel wasnt properly trained on how to take passport photos. went back to Walgreens to have another picture taken and they charged me because I didn’t have the receipt, and the manager sudquan had the audacity to say he’ll charge me $32 for 2 photos when it cost $16.99. Poor service recovery and a deceitful manager.

I made a photo order (same date service). I got the confirmation email. I never got the email saying that it was ready. I called a day later, and it was impossible to get through. When I finally got someone, she said she would work on that order next. When I got the 'ready' email, I went to pick it up. The clerk didn't know what I was talking about. I explained it two times and finally showed her the email on my phone. Then she found the order. The photo section of Walgreens is a disappointment. To be fair, the product was what I expected.

I have going to this walgreens for over a decade and lately I have avoid going there because the employees attitudes. However, today was the cherry on top. I was trying to shop in peace and looking for specific products that of course you did not have, but I tried to find something similar. I couldn’t because your employees thought I wanted to steal. How do I noticed that? Because two employees came to where I was first in the make up section and got very close to me. They were re-arranging the products 🙄 just moving them around. I decided to go to the face cream section to see If I could find another product that I was looking for and I couldn’t find it, a couple of employees went by in front of me instead of the back. I went to the next section, hair product, you did not have the hair product I needed and I keep hearing that someone is calling a manager and the manager appeared right in front of me and started to move the hair products in front of me for no reason. Since I couldn’t find the product I was looking for I wanted to take an alternative. I was not able to do it. I decide to just go to get the other product I went for and finally found something and guess what another employee went to check on me. Unbelievable. If all of them were so bother to see me checking the products before buying, they should have offer some help to find the alternatives. I do not even have the profile of some that will steal, other than looking latina. I was with my work clothes from the office. You need better training and strategies to deal with people who steal. I understand the issue, but your lack of professionalism caused me a really bad experience. I will just order what I need from Amazon 🤷🏻‍♀️.

This place is disgusting and the people that work there are miserable. There is a great pharmacy across the street. I just needed quick passport photos and they couldn't even manage that without being miserable, inept and rude as heck. Sorry to ask you nicely to do what you are paid for... My bad. Don't go here.

I have been going from Walgreens to Walgreens looking for baby formula as I know there is a shortage and it’s been hard to find. This location has had it listed as in stock in I’ve gone multiple days in a row and nothing was on the shelves. This time I decided to call a very polite employee picked up and I asked if he could verify if they do have any. He told me if It says in stock then it should be here. I made him aware that I had checked before and he told me the best he could could do was help me look for it when I came. I asked if he could just check as I don’t want to come for no reason and he said he could not which was very strange. I thanked him for his help but asked to speak to a manger she picked up and I explained my situation and she cut me off and very rudely said WE DONT HAVE ANY. And anytime I would try to speak she would just repeat WE DONT HAVE ANY. I understand the frustration of essential workers such as herself but the attitude was not needed and since I was given 2 different answer by 2 different employees I ended the call more confused then when I started.

Worst walgreens in queens. Everything takes at least 30 min, untrained staff, parking during the day full of cars for other businesses around. Photo dept basically not working.

The pharmacy department here is terrible. The past three times I have been here they have had to re-input all the insurance information. The doctor's office never received the fax Walgreen's supposedly sent requesting permission to refill so when I went to pick up a prescription three days later, they had not filled it. I called the doctor's office myself the next day and returned to Walgreen's two days later only to discover that the prescription was still not filled because they had a question on the insurance. Did they call me to get an answer? No. They put the request aside, went through inputting all the info one more time and then made me wait 35 minutes to fill the medicine. I wish I could say this was unusual but it's not. This has happened the three times I have ordered medication from there. Find someplace else. This is one of the most mismanaged pharmacy operations I have ever encountered.

Went in to buy some stuff I needed. While waiting in the extremely long line to check out, I saw a soda I wanted in a small refrigerated case, clearly put by the cashiers for impulse buy purposes. However, it was locked! Because I did not want to ask the 1 overburdened cashier to walk over and open the case for me, I elected to just go elsewhere to buy something to drink. I didn't want to cause other shoppers the inconvenience.Very poor managerial decision on the part of this store, especially considering much more expensive stuff like electronics and OTC medications are not locked up. Single sodas are often an impulse buy, and are like $1.99.Bottom line: Would not recommend this store to anyone who doesn't have to use their pharmacy.

My dad tried to buy beer today , the cashier refused to help him checkout the item because he showed his valid Colorado driver license to her as identification . She told my dad the id has to be from New York City or using passport. WORST PLACE . TERRIBLE ATTITUDE!!!!!!!!!!!

I do a lot of shopping in Walgreens, usually not at this location, because it is further then the one by my house, but find myself coming here cause the one by my house is very small compared to most Walgreens, and does not sell a lot of stuff advertised, and do not carry a lot of things that most do, but that is do to the size of the store.(I have rated that one previously). I've never used the pharmacy at this location , so I can't rate that, but overall love this store, friendly, clean, roomy, big isles, usually always have what I'm looking for . Great store

Walgreen's photo printing app is defective and no one cares. I reported it cancelled yesterday's and today's print orders (among others) and got a response asking me to take a survey.

Sometimes the line is a little long and parking a little rough but all-in-all the pharmacy is very informative they take time to explain things to you what you can get a lot of things need cosmetically and some groceries

Called and asked if they can refil ink cartridges. They said yes. Walgreens also advertises that they provide this service. I ubered there to find out that they do not offer this service. The whole point of the phone call was so I didn’t waste the trip, but thanks uninformed Walgreens employee for giving me the false info. You clearly deserve employee of the month.

Worst pharmacy ever. They see me limping yet they stood me at the line. Best part is that I've called my doctor and they resent the prescription twice and Walgreens still haven't received it. A couple hours later, they contacted me and billed me twice.

Its closed! As in no longer functioning or in business. Went there it workers were doing demo. I was too disappointed to even think about taking a picture, since i had walked to far!
