Very poor customer service. It was like I was bothering them if I asked him a question. Or wanted help.Also, the pond area was very unkempt. I felt like I was bothering them. Asking them About fish and other products

Just stopped in for the first time to see if they sold house plants (which many nurseries do during the off season) they do not. Overall store was mostly empty, probably due to it being November.The two stars however is for the customer service we received. Both employees were very cold and rude when we asked if they sold indoor plants. Overall felt pretty uncomfortable even being in the store.

My favorite place to buy my flowers. From hibiscus, dahlia, roses to peony, everything I've purchased from there over the years has thrived and is always beautiful. They have nice yard decorations as well and many I've had for years. I never leave there empty handed.

I have been shopping here for years for pond equipment and fish. I also buy my summer flowers from them. The service is outstanding they go above and beyond to help you. I wouldn't go to another place to buy fish or plants for my pond. The plants are fresh and very reasonably priced. So in my opinion this is the best place to go for all of your summer needs for the prefect pond and yard. Happy shopping!!!

Excellent business. I had a pond issue and the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and fixed my problem in 15 minutes. I love supporting local businesses and the customer service is why. You can't get that level of quality in a box store. They have a beautiful selection of flowers, plants, and everything you could want for your gardening or pond. Go there over box stores for your garden needs. You will be very impressed.

When buying koi from them check them closely I bought 3 3inch koi come to find out one of them is not a koi it's a Shubunkin shame on them the guy giving me the fish should of noticed paid for 3 koi to get 2

I went in there because Ryan was installing a pond for me. They have a wide range of fish supplies. Him and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable and are a pleasure to be around. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure about the pond services, but avoid trying to get a fence from this company. Guy came out to provide an estimate, didn't provide a quote until a week later. Ultimately the quote was wrong because he didn't take into account various items and services that were spoken about. He tried re-schedule a visit a week later but we declined. Is it supposed to take a month to get an accurate estimate?

I usually deal with Hugo.. Great knowledge.. Always helpful.. Takes all the time you need and always gives great advice.. I don't buy my pond supplies anywhere else

The guy who called shouldn't have wasted my time telling me he's done quite a bit of work in my community gogon about fence ideas only to tell me at the end that "it's too small of a job for him" he's "concentrating on "larger" jobs. With His customer service skills, lack thereof I wouldn't be surprised if this business folded and went undeeIf you ask me, sounds like he has Napoleon Complex. Happy he showed his true colors now as to not waste my money and time and do a half fast lousy job and get paid for it. Thank God there's a lot of competition out there and I have two 5 star fencing companies coming for estimates. I'm going to say he's most likely divorced, driving some sort of fancy car to make up for numerous shortcomings. Douchebag

@ FLATS OF FLOWERS DIED AND WHEN I CONTACTED THE MANAGER PAUL HE CLAIMED THAT NEVER HAPPENED THAT WE MUST HAVE DONE SOMETHING TO THE PLANTS. WE ARE AVID GARDENERS AND NEVER HAD AN ISSUE FROM ANYWHERE BUT HERE. THEY CLAIM WE CAN RETURN THEM AND GET A CREDIT BUT I AM LEARY OF THIS PLACE NOW. THEY CHARGE AN ARM AND A LEG BUT ARE RUDE WHEN YOU CALL AND I NEVER EVER HEARD THE CUSTOMER WAS WRONG.
