I love Milton Manor! I’m from the area originally but live in NJ now. I still schedule my pup’s grooming when I’m in town visiting! That’s how pleased I am! They do a beautiful job grooming and have reasonable pricing. The service is outstanding! Everyone is so kind and friendly!

Great experience! I was nervous the night I left my dog there for the first time, until I saw a photo of her on their instagram absolutely happy as a clam.My dog has separation anxiety and often goes on a hunger strike when we have to leave her behind. The staff at Milton Manor went out of their way to make sure my dog was well taken care of, even sitting with her and hand feeding her at one point to make sure she was eating. We will definitely bring her back when we go out of town again.

We board our kitties squirt and mystery for about 12 days and we were able to watch them over the cameras here and there to check in on them. We also emailed a few times to check in and everyone was super responsive. Our kitties were very well taken care of and adjusted to the new environment quickly. I would highly recommend using them again. Once we had our kitties home they re-adjusted perfectly 😃.

We’ve used Milton Manor several times over the past 3 years for short and long-boarded stays for our 2 elderly dogs. Every stay has been excellent! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and customer and pet-focused. Most staff members have worked at Milton for years. Milton is clean and offers many accommodation options. Their prices are fair.

Our 3-year-old Corgi has been going to Milton Manor’s small dog daycare for almost three years. The staff is extremely professional from the front desk, supervisors during dog play and the ease of the phone menu. The staff reinforces good behavior and good manners throughout the day. Our dog comes home happy and tired.

My GSD used to board here with her brother sparky. He's since passed away. The first time she came without him, she was difficult. The staff have gone to great measures to make her feel at home and loved. I thank God for the special care and compassion they have! I recommend them to all of my obedience clients. Very professional, well run boarding resort! I’m excited to be able to bring both the dog and cat to the same place.The brightly colored cat suites have a big window that looks out to greenery, birds feeders, and a pond. There’s also a high climbing platform so they can perch high on the wall. Plenty to keep him occupied!The luxury dog suite spaces are larger than any I’ve seen and have doggie doors that go to their own personal outdoor area. There’s lots of room for him to move around, stretch out and stretch up.Reasonably priced and well worth it.The outside dog play yard is huge with many structures and obstacles to climb on, under, and around.They showed me the new boarding space building across the parking lot and it’s absolutely beautiful.They do have a groomer that i’m definitely going use so that our big guy comes home from his resort stay happy, bathed, and freshly clipped!

Left our dog for first time at MM (and the dog's first kennel stay ever) and were absolutely thrilled with the experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful both leading up to the visit and throughout. The facilities were very clean, expansive, and well-maintained. We added on group play time each day, and our very active 2yr old came back tired, happy, and hungry (with reports of his having made some great doggy friends during the week). We also had him shampooed and trimmed last day before pickup and he looked and felt great when I picked him up. I'd highly recommend Milton Manner to anyone considering boarding their dog. We will feel much better going away on subsequent trips knowing our dog is not only well cared for, but having a blast as well.

Have used Milton Manor for 5 years now. Clean facility with great staff who care. Really comfortable leaving our pet there. For us, it’s a bit far, but well worth it.

They took excellent care of our pup jax! I loved all the options they had available, very customizable to your pet- gettting pictures of him having fun while we were away was my favorite! We even had some travel issues, our flight got delayed a few hours. They were wonderful about being able to accommodate the extra time to go get him!

I have been taking both of my boys here for years. Milton Manor staff are always the kindest and Chloe does a wonderful job. One of my dogs had been sick for quite a long time. He had lost a lot of hair and was matted in other spots from his illness and inability to be groomed for so long. Chloe cut him in such a way that she was able to blend his hair with the bald patches and he looks like his old self again. Highly recommend!

The ladies are always so cheerful, they love my kitties like their own and do a GREAT job grooming them! Nikki is wonderful, I have Maine coons and one is very big but she always manages to make them smell and look amazing….thank you ladies!

We booked our cat and dog for boarding at Milton Manor in a pinch when I had completely overlooked booking where we usually board our pets. They had room and took our booking close to the Xmas break when finding a place would be pretty difficult. We were very pleased with the care and appreciated the cameras we can log into and pictures the staff sends as well, while we were away. Would recommend and use this facility again. Friendly and informative staff.

This place is wonderful! Everyone was very nice and you can see how much they care for the animals. We left our kitty, Birdie, there for two weeks over spring break. I highly recommend!

I'm so glad we found Milton Manor for our German Shepherd to stay while we were away. I am VERY picky with who I let watch my girl. Not every boarding facility is clean or even safe. Milton Manor let us be away while not having to worry. She had her own doggy door to go in and out of her room as she pleased; there was a camera so we could check in on her; and she got to do play group with other dogs each day. They even gave her a bath and trimmed her nails before we picked her up. At the end of the visit, we got an overview of her stay and photos of her playing. We will definitely be back.

I’ve been boarding my dogs here for many years & always have great experiences. The staff is enthusiastic & clearly love animals! I trust that my dogs are well taken care of when I need to be out of town. They aren’t the cheapest boarding option in the Saratoga area, but the peace of mind is worth it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality pet boarding!

We recently brought our two Samoyeds Sugar Bear and Kiki to Milton Manor pet spa just want to let Nikki who is a top notch, expert groomer know we absolutely loved the work she did on them! Nikki gave them the a bath with apple harvest shampoo (they smell amazing) in addition she brushed and combed them out had little festive bows on Kiki and a bandana on Sugar Bear. It is so difficult to find a groomer who knows how to take care of a double coated Samoyed and we are so fortunate to have Nikki take care of them. The staff are Amazing!! Every single one of them! We feel very comfortable and know they’re in good hands with Nikki and staff. Thank you!

The staff is friendly. They are observant and make sure the dogs play safely. Xena needed her nails clipped so they texted me to ask permission. My dog loves going there . I'm so happy with this place.

My husband and I went to visit before placing our 2 dogs in their care because we wanted to make sure our dogs would be well taken care of while we were away for a week. The moment we went in we knew this was the only place I wanted them to be. (We visited many places). Even though it was a 21/2 hour drive from our home. I received pictures everyday and I could actually see how much fun they were having. The staff is professional and really cared for our dogs as if they were their own. We were very pleased with Milton Manor. Excellent in loving your pets. Thank you do very much. Oh. I left my 3 parakeets there as well. Everyone returned home in perfect condition. I could say more but just know this place scores 💯 for us.

My Dogger Leo was no worse for wear . My concern is that he is a rescue dog with 2 prior owners and he was brought back twice. Once after 3 weeks, the second time after 9 months. He is an escape artist. I've seen him in action. very stubborn dog. 1/2 Shar Pei. he originally came from Tennessee. He is well versed in being an inmate. He probably adapts better than others. But I love him nonetheless. Milton Manner is great. He stayed for two nights the last visit. Milton Manner was recommended by my vet . Leo passed his parole visit. Then did one night to start. Being a prior inmate he knows the ropes. The girls all loved him. After all, whats not to love ? Thank you Milton Manner. I rest easy knowing Leo is in good hands. In April he will be 2 years with me.

This was my first experience at this, Groomer. I have a 10-year-old poodle, who is afraid of almost everything. I was concerned about leaving him there, but when I picked him up, he seemed to be very happy and not stressed in the least. That is the most important thing to me. Not his haircut, which was wonderful, but the caretaking. Highly recommend.

It has been a few years since we boarded here so we had to do a daytime trial run with our pups. We arrived prior to their opening time and were promptly let in when it was 7 AM. They greeted both of our Jack Russells like they had boarded there before. The staff were very kind and friendly while greeting our dogs and leading them to their trial run accommodations for the day. I periodically checked on them via the online camera system and could see that they were doing well playing, resting and using the outdoor doggie door. When I went back to pick them up at 4:30 PM the staff was once again very kind and told us how the dogs did during the day. It made us feel very comfortable for future bookings for boarding and grooming. Would highly recommend this facility to board your fur-baby.
