I'm 52 ,can't buy smokes without ID. It's a joke just like this town. Common sense ain't common, not in this meth town!!!!!!!!!!! The only saving grace is this tops used to be called Eddie's Big M. When I was a kid suffering from encephalitis meningitis Eddie paid for my medical bills,the whole town helped save my life. Then Tops bought out the store after Eddie passed away.

Clean and professional staff little close or tight display item I bought had a few defective pieces of the item for water bottles where leaking from within the packaging I got wet trying to carry it out to my car

Shop almost exclusively at tops, to support our local store. Bought broccoli package on Sunday night, went to make omelet Monday morning, when I unwrapped package found white coating on head of broccoli and stems were very brown, date said it was packed Sunday 12/10

I waited at the front counter until the manager was finished with the customer ahead of me. Then I asked for a lottery ticket and handed over $20 to pay for it. Then I asked to have the two items I had cashed out. The manager that was working the cash register told me that my card wasn't being charged for the full amount. Total was $38 and change but it would only charge my Visa the $18 and change. Ok, no idea what's going on. She continued to tell me that there was nothing she could do. That it was me or something wrong with my card. Three times and then was going to show me her screen. I had no idea why she was getting so irate with me. Then I asked what was on the bill. She said the lotto, the beer and the desert. I asked her about the $20 I gave her for lotto. Suddenly the lightbulb lit. Thank God as I don't know how she could be more dim. Unreal that this is the best they can get for a manager.

I am a wheelchair user, and if there's anything I can't reach, they're happy to come and get it off the shelf for me. As well as carry my packages out to the car if I need it. Very nice people and great customer care!

Nice place good selection of products, price a little bit high but nice quality of items. The deli and bakery are very good. It's the only real grocery store in the area so you have to kind of pay a little extra for the convenience of shopping there, overall a nice store.They have some items that the other grocery stores don't carry so I shop there for those certain items. The people that work there are very helpful.

Since they are the one grocery store in town we pay high prices for our food items.MOST of the workers are seasoned employees at that store so I enjoy seeing them but I don't spend the money there as I did when it was hometown run. Prices are much higher now. Shelves are stocked like before. Sign of the times.

Despite Tops having a known name, that too many first think of as huge chain, this place is compact, but not crowded in any way, still has everything you can expect to, including knowledgeable and helpful employees, that are quick to brighten your day.

Tops, a friendly market. Yea the prices they charge aren't consumer friendly. That's for sure, $10.00 for Heinz ketchup. Come on 2 years ago you could get Ketchup, Mustard and Relish in a variety pack for $9.99. tomato's went up in value, what's the real, "true reason", besides diesel fuel??

Most personable, friendly, attentive staff that makes you feel like you're at an old fashioned hometown store. May not be big enough to carry all products like a "bigger" tops store, but what they may lack in inventory, they make up for, by far, with genuine care about the customers satisfaction, and pleasant ,curtious and REAL personalities. This is Mexico's only grocery store and it's small and can be expensive and I'm just not a fan of Tops. I like to shop when very few people are around which is usually in the early morning BUT they have people doing the floors and/or stocking and I cannot stand the sound of the floor cleaner. Sometimes there are so many cartons in the way with no one around that you cannot get to areas you want to shop when the stocking is happening. I do enjoy all of the people that work there as they are very friendly and Bob always helps you no matter what you need!

Most of the employees are all in high school, and most times aren't "friendly," despite their name "friendly markets." I've had some not even say as much as "Hello" or "Have a nice day" and have overheard a cashier complaining about how she hates cashing out "wic" customers. Their prices are over the top insanity for everyday household items. I don't go here unless it is absolutely necessary and I can't find what I need elsewhere. I do NOT recommend this to anyone who wishes to save their money.

Staff is always friendly. Prices are above average but if you look for deals they are there. Use the weekly coupons and mfg coupons for more and don't be afraid of the Tops brand stuff.

It's a nice little store that has a good variety of items. Their sale prices are competitive but the regular prices are quite high. It's convenient when we're at our camp in Arthur NY.

Always have deals, they're usually not expensive. Quick in quick out. A few of the associates honestly make you feel cared for, and I will cherish that.
