I had my first visit to Natural Remedies today and I was extremely pleased with my overall experience. Chris and Josh were kind, easy to speak with, personable and very knowledgeable. They didn't mind I had a lot of questions about the products - they were educated and educated me on the best products for my individual needs. Most places can be so pushy to sell products - that was not at all the case here, therefore it was easy to speak to them about my needs - for me that matters a lot. They took their time and the level of customer service was nothing short of amazing! I will definitely be a long time customer. Thank you both for your time - it was an absolute pleasure. I come here to pick up CBD products for my 86 year old father who has chronic pain and cannot sleep or sit for long. Every employee I’ve spoken to has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and pointed me to options I had never thought about. They also offer a punch card, which after 10 visits, I believe you get a good discount on your next purchase. That makes buying even better because eventually we are going to get a discount for something that I’m going to buy anyway. Makes every dollar count.

Amazing customer service and extremely friendly staff. Everyone here is incredibly patient and will take as much time as is necessary to educate their customers so they can make an informed purchase. After my dog was diagnosed with late-stage, inoperable cancer, me and my family were desperate to find anything that might help alleviate his pain during his remaining time. I am incredibly grateful for the care and attention put into the pet-friendly products and appreciate the relief these products were able to offer my dog during his truly tough days.

My husband has been shopping at this store for a couple of months now for CBD gummies that help with relaxation and sleep. He is very happy the customer service and knowledge that he receives and we find the gummy’s to be helpful with her sleep issues. We also received two tea bags with our purchase meant to calm and sooth before sleeping. I’ve tried one and feel that I had a much deeper and restful sleep that I’ve had in a long time.
