I live in the area and not sure why I stopped coming to this store. People are very friendly and helpful. It’s been a couple years but I’m glad my wife and I came in tonight so I’ll have to stop in more often. Prices are great and especially on the dogfood.. keep up the good work.

I went here twice in the last month, 1st time Paul helped me and today Tom helped and they both were phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable. Neither pushed anything on us and was extremely honest and courteous. They helped us upgrade our beta fish tank. Highly recommend this place. Forever customer.

Store carries a lot of food brands and items others don't. Not sure if I met the manager or owner but he's super friendly and whoever does the hiring does an awesome job. Attentive and friendly staff. Great store.

My go to for all of my creatures needs. Dogs, cats, turtles, etc. Family business for many years, knowledgeable staff. They will special order things for you , no problem too! If he can get it, he will. Unfortunately, my sweet little four legged family member has gone on and I have no reason to go now, but I will in a few months! I can't wait to take them there to get their holiday pictures (yes, they do that too!)

Only have 1 cashier and she was in the clouds. I know we are short staffed as a country but managers need to hop in and jump start a register don't act like your too good. Great xustomer service will keep people coming back.

Came for food and left with a bag of food. Noticed I made a mistake and it was the wrong type. Brought the bag back honestly thinking they may not return it and in reality it was my fault so I was rather content either way. But they returned it and got what I needed for Mya. Long story short the ease of the matter was quite refreshing especially in times of economical uncertainty. Also notice they had some cool leash/harness selection and these nice triangle huts that look like my wife won’t complain about how it looks in the living room. Maybe it could stay there, maybe?

Huge selection of dog food. We have been feeding our dogs Fromm and needed to special order it from either the internet or other pet stores. Sometimes it would take a week or two to get it. Now we just walk in and grab what we need! They also have a great selection of all pet care products. Highly recommend

Mutts and Butts is a small local store but they are very competitive with their pricing. They beat the online stores at their own game. It's not all about the prices. They are convenient and have a friendly knowledgeable staff. Amazon has become expensive so do your homework.

Amazing variety of food brands. Competitive prices- even compared to Chewy. Helpful staff who have made good sugggestions when I've needed, and will special order. I do not go to the big chains whose foods frequently are past expiration dates. Have not had that happen here.

This was my first visit. Needed to pick up a couple of cases of canned dog food. They had both varieties I was looking for and a staff person assisted me in getting them down from a high self. Price was competitive with the big box pet chains. Would definitely visit again.

Love this store!!!!! I wish it were closer to my house. Staff was extremely friendly. They loved my dog and showered him with treats(they asked me of course first.) They all asked to pet him which I love!!! They have such a large variety of foods and treats. Its an all around pet store. Small business not like your petcos and petsmarts. Seems like they really care about their customers here.

Great variety of fish, tropical or not asking with everything you need to cats for them. Very knowledgeable staff. Great selection of food, toys and treats for dogs and cats. They also had baby rabbits and occasionally cats or kittens. You could honestly spend an hour deciding what to get.

Best local pet shop I've been to. Great selection of items and lots of healthy options for your pup (I go for the selection of honest kitchen and Stella and chewys). The staff is really great and always super friendly to me and my little puppy.

I purchased a beta fish at this store and I’d like to let the workers know that they should not inform customers that beta fish don’t need space to live. 3 employees told me this.This is false Information and cruel to even state as a fact when it’s not.Beta fishes in those containers are not happy and will not thrive or live long.Just because a beta fish CAN survive in a mud puddle does not mean we should let them live that way.Research states that beta fish MUST BE IN A MINIMUM OF A 5 GALLON TANK to survive properly!!!!!!!!!!!They also need a heater because they normally live in 75-80 degree water temperatures!I am very happy that after first listening to these uneducated employees, I did my own research and ran right back to a pet store and purchased exactly what my beta neededWell.....he’s THRIVING! He has a 5 gallon tank that only cost me $20.He swims beautifully, and has recognized me as his owner. If I am standing in one area of my kitchen he will swim that way and watch me. He’s very sweet and I’m very glad I was able to give him a decent life.His heater keeps his water at the normal temperature it should be, he eats 2x per day just a tiny sprinkle of flakes each timeAnd 50% of his water I change weeklyDo your OWN research when buying any pet. And employees PLEASE provide facts and proper information when customers want to make purchases for animals you have in your storeContainers are NOT a proper or healthy living environment for beta fishes! It’s abusive and if you want customers to properly take care of them then provide them with the right infoThanks!
