My recent shopping trip to Marshalls offered a wide variety of items, but my experience took an unexpected turn when I felt extremely thirsty after browsing for a while. Marshalls does have a vending machine for drinks, but I found its placement quite inconvenient. The machine was located in the middle of the counter lanes, making it challenging for me to access without disrupting the checkout process.I had to request a fellow shopper standing next to the machine to open the door and grab a water bottle for me. While I appreciated their assistance, I believe this situation could have been avoided with better vending machine placement. I strongly recommend repositioning the vending machines to a more accessible area where everyone can reach them without disturbing the checkout lanes. This simple change could greatly improve the overall shopping experience for customers

Definitely this Marshall store is one of the best I’ve seen in many years; even better than other Marshalls stores in cities like Austin, TX or Chicago, IL The store is well organized and clean. 👍👍👍 my wishes are that the Management keep it always in sharp conditions!

Had a blast in their clearance section. They have a clearance section in every department. I found lots of office supplies for under $8!! Lots of good finds if you have the patience to look. The first pic is the set up for my job, the green container was $2 & I will use it as a pen holder! The shelf was $5.50 and the plant was $5.50! Great finds. Great service. Felicia was very nice and patient with me while checking out. Thank you!

I don't shop here. Had to exchange a gift. After looking thru lots of unorganized clothes, I found 2 awesome sheer, glitter skirts and 2 matching tops, all on sale! Some of the stuff I saw was stained, ripped and/or missing buttons. Kinda messy,but the staff was friendly and helpful. I love the clothes I did buy.

Everything is so cheap. Prices too high for cheap goods, it's embarrassing. Manager is also too young and inexperienced (aka rude). Cheap things for a cheap company.

My all time favorite store, They have large selection of cloths and shoes for all ages. And they have furniture , rugs and kitchen appliance with very reasonable prices. Every time , when i go i got good deals and all the brand cloths with very reasonable prices. Never to miss this store. Store is very conveniently located on rt 110 , and easily to spot and have a very large parking lot. Store is very clean and well stocked, staff is nice and helpful. Nice home goods addition. Many items are on sale

Rude and discriminatory employees. My husband and I walked around the store for 15 mins and had only 2 small things in our cart. Upon getting to a tremendous line we figured that we would leave what we picked out vs waiting on a line for 30 mins. As we walk out the security alarm had rung, naturally I reversed and stood back in front of the security detectors and across the cashier. This cashier looked me straight in my face with a smirk and asked me “you sure you’re not stealing”. To a person is humble and works so hard to give them selfs what ever they want or desire this is offensive. I stood there as she was confused as to what to say or how to continue the conversation. I offered to stay there and they could #1 search me and my husband #2 replay security footage. Once she saw how offended and how serious I was on this situation she said,” pass back by the detectors again, if you’re not stealing why should I search you” detectors did not go off this time. This scene happened in-front of various customers. What an embarrassing situation. I’m sure this person was not trained properly on how to confront and diffuse a situation like this what so ever. One thing you should never do is jump to conclusions. I simply left instead of making a bigger scenario. I have always come here for the joy of shopping but will choose else where. Maybe this wouldn’t have happened if I looked a certain way. Guess me coming in my work clothes made it seem I would be a person to steal.

This store is my wife's second home.They have everything you need at a very reasonable price.Plus you get to discover new items in the store; for example I discovered the California Bar Soap brand and I have used this company ever since; or the Vince Camuto Body Spray for men (Blue), etc.I go there at least once a week.

For women there are amazing deals for clothes and lots of clothes. Prices are actually really good. My wife shops here often and snags amazing clothes in really great condition.Men's clothes is lacking and that's an understatement. They have tons of shirts, pants as far as every day clothes goes but when it comes to more formal wear or even business casual there's very little to none.Doesn't help when you're shopping on a budget as a guy.

Great for quick or long visits. Clothing for males/females of all ages although primarily for adults. Thousands of small items such as jewelry, candles, home items, small furniture pieces, luggage, cologne, work out gear, frames, shoes, etc.Friendly staff. Fairly fast lines except during holiday or lunch hours, she the line can get very long.If you do not have your actual hard copy receipt you may not be able to return items as they do not yet have the ability to look up your purchase on the credit card you used. You may get a store credit but could end up with less than you paid for it if it was marked down since you bought it. Tags on the returned item are a must.Overall a good place to visit for discounted merchandise. Make sure you have time to spend if you are looking for clothing as although it is sorted by size, the designs are mixed up within the racks. Biggest problem is that the is her little order to their racks and clothing presentation is very sloppy and disorganized.

Marshal has a lot of home good here and many kinds of things like furniture and clothing. There is a aisle of pillows which I was in for the majority of my time in Marshal's store. Although the pillows were rather greasy I didn't mind. Marshal gave me a great deal on some bags and cooking supply. Marshal is a very nice man and knows how to run a store

We came here looking for a gift, and we left with gifts. So that's a plus. But it's amazing to me just how many broken or incomplete items they have on their shelves. "This is perfect—oh, it's chipped." "This would be nice—if it weren't ripped.” If you want something broken, this might be the place for you.The staff were nice, and helpful. And checkout was a breeze.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a TJX store. I am from Massachusetts and I shop at Marshall’s regularly and I’m always thrilled with service. This is my second time I have been to the marshals in Melville and both times I had a horrible experience. This most recent time they forgot to take all the alarm tags off. When I went through the door and the alarm went off I stood there for 10 minutes for the associate to help me. She completely ignored me to the point where I just walked out the door and I will have someone at my local marshals take the tags off. I couldn’t believe how rude everyone was there. On the other hand the selection was very good. The store is just very disorganized and messy

Fairly large Marshalls. Clean and organized compared to other Marshalls stores. Mens section is slacking, not much inventory. Shoe department has a large selection but very hard to find sizes. Home Department has everything, one of the best I've seen in a Marshalls. Good location and never crowded even on weekends.

Marshalls is always great, this is one of my favorite stores in Melville. I've been shopping there for 20yrs. There's Variety for the whole family. I always enjoy my 2 hrs of shopping & of course the prices are great.

Melville Marshall's, is very organized inspite of having more items on display. Easy to walk around neat, I've been shopping here when first opened and the last 2 years its neater than its been in a while, housewares is always where i go and always find something even if I'm just browsing

LONG line!!! A cashier named Ronaldo was rude to me. He didn't greet me nor did he look at me. He didn't even say thank you, after I spent close to $300 that night. I told him he could've at least said, "thank you for shopping." He finally looked at me, but with disgust and said, "you didn't leave yet." I had to make 3 trips back & forth, to my car. I was beyond pissed. It was very close to closing time & he, of course didn't offer to help me. And, I am disabled.

Nice, clean Marshall's location in Huntington, but the Men's section is "hit or miss" with stock/replenishment, but it still works for me.
