First, I absolutely dread the self checkout horrific experience. Do u need so many employees to supervise adults? Honestly costco is the only store I choose a cashier over self checkout.The store is bright and has a large selection. The employees are very nice and I was in and out fairly easily. Some seasonal items are now out like gardening, grilling, and outside storage.

Hometown love. Have been a #1 Fan since they opened. Staff has been there for years, and I look forward to seeing their friendly faces. Whether I am visiting Optical, Jewelry, or just a leisurely shop, I am always in the best hands. Fast service at food court. Safe parking lot. Fun fact; this location featured big time lotto winners going back a few years!

Typical Costco. Lots of employees floating around. Visited on a busy Sunday. Tables with clothes were kind of messy but I suppose that is to be expected. Long wait at checkout and exit. Kind of cramped past the registers, where the restaurant’ and customer service is located. But a pretty decent Costco location.

Great shopping. Fewer tems offered, but they are at least a better than average or much better, so less comparison shopping is necessary. The prices to are at least average or better, plus you get double warranty, better services, help, and return policies. If you see an item for the same price elsewhere, It's better to buy it at Costco. Only problem with this store is that too many people think like me, and it's really crowded.

This review is for the tire center experience from today. I have seen a steady decline in this department over the last two years. The service is subpar and usually it begins with an attitude. Not just towards me, but other members based on my observation. One employee is really nice and helpful (Frank). He took the time to correct the errors made by the previous employee that decided to walk away for his lunch break, mid transaction. The employee that walked away, told me that the car batteries are pro rated over a year’s time and said o needed to pay $75 for my battery exchange. The battery was only 8 months old and sells for $110. After the confusion I realized the $65 was the cost of membership renewal (which I told him to include in this transaction since I had to renew). I’ve seen him working at this location for years now. How could he not know what he’s ringing up? That’s very concerning especially since he’s handling money for this place. Also, walk away mid transaction for lunch break? I hope corporate reads these reviews. Based on recent experiences it seems like no one cares at all over Costco corporate or even at the warehouse. Tire center buyers beware

Costco usually has inventory of all items, even those that are on sale. The biggest issue is that sometimes they carry items that sell well and suddenly they'll disappear from the floor. Prices are good. Just be prepared to store large amounts that will take you some time to go through. Some will regard that a convenience. Clothing is especially of good quality and very reasonably priced and of recognizable brands. Our experience with Costco's prepared foods is that they are of very good quality and taste, but some are at a better price point than others. We prefer the Melville location as it is a destination location and is not as crowded as the Westbury location, which is in a shopping center, and sometimes the crowds there are just unmanageable.

This has become my choice location. 20 miles further than my nearby Costco but, the entire vibe is so much better. The staff is nice, the shoppers are nicer people too.

I visit this location to renew my bossiness executive card at this location after my workout session. I enjoy this location and take advantage of some great deals to buy some gym equipment for my personal gym and some security camera from one of new project plus an amazing outdoor chair that defeat gravity for my backyard. This my second visit at this location and I find some good selfhelp books plus some nonfiction and biographies books as well at very cheap price... The place immaculately clean and well organize. The parking lot is huge as well. I also at the end buy me a new set of tires for my car. I have top quality branding tires at a lower price. I am very happy for my purchase at this Costco location...

Very bad associate at the table who was promoting some shrimp. She had a big attitude. People were waiting to taste the it and she intentinally make it so slow so people will go away without tasting it. Very bad experience. Will not go the store again.

I love love Costco but my favorite Colombian coffee is not the same? It is more expensive and it taste less rich and aromatic! I wonder what happened to the great coffee that we used to buy?

Over the last few months, the quality of the product has steadily declined. For instance, many fruits are cheaper in quality than at a low-grade farm store, and their frozen salmon (3 pound) now tastes bad and is soapy when washed. Try their all-time favorite hot dog now, it is not the same anymore. Because I am concerned about toxic chemicals, I have stopped purchasing fruits from Costco. However, I do purchase certain items from Costco whenever I visit the store.

Super fast self checkout. They don't have frozen mangoes. Seems like none of the area Costco's do, anymore. Otherwise, it's basically predictable - limited selection on bulk items, some of which have cost savings if you really need it. If you spend money here to save money, well...

Be aware at the self checkout, sometimes the "helpers" there rush you even if there is no line.One such person, ELISA, a petite Hispanic woman rushed my self checking out before I actually done checking out and there was no line behind me nor was it busy at that day and time.Just be aware of panhandling even at self checkout.

Nice Costco location with plenty of parking. It gets quite crowded, especially since it closes earlier than other large wholesale stores. I also took a star off since some sections are oddly organized, but everything you need is there somewhere. And you can't beat the "food court" prices - whole pepperoni pizza, large hot dog, soda, ice cream, churro - all for less than $20.

Sent my daughter to Costco because I forgot to grab a few things, I gave her my card and they refused to let her make the purchase. There’s three of us in the house, my husband said we’ll just add her. They want $60 more to add my daughter to the account! That’s the price of a full membership! Disgusting! For the one/two times a year she might go to Costco. They should really reevaluate the cost of adding a household member because that’s outrageous!

A much nicer shopping experience. The store is well maintained and a better class of people. Not crowded, courtesy, and friendly staff. Unlike the Westbury store. I'd rather go out of my way than go to Westbury Costco.

The line went quick at this location, but I didn't appreciate being the only person asked for a membership card on my way in. I understand when everyone is required to show their membership card, but to pick just one person out of a total of 8 people entering, is just rude and embarrassing. As if I'm stealing something on my way in. The employee followed me while loudly asking "sir, do you have a membership?". I looked around and I realized he was only speaking to me, I informed him, yes I do but you didn't single anyone else out. He then went on to act as if it was the main greeters fault, when I had already gone past the door greeter already.

The place to go for bulk shopping. Tons of brand name products. Lots of sample tastings during the day. They only take cash, Amex, Visa and debit card. They don't aacept Mastercard. Definitely worth the membership fee if shop for the family and want stuff in bulk. This Costco also has a tire facility to buy tires and have them installed while you wait.

Bad feeling here. Ask about the size of clothes but no answer. The people work here ask me do not touch the box of the clothes and watching me by the side. It makes me uncomfortable. She even laughing at me. She even said she helped me clean the clothes that I dropped down on the floor. But those clothes are even 2 meters far away from me!!!

The unit prices of most goods have increased significantly, and this applies to all costco locations. For this store, selections are limited compared with the Westbury one, and it rarely have deep discounts as others mention online. On the good side, it's not as crowded as some others, but still getting more people inside for the holiday season.

I think that this particular COSTCO is one of the busiest on Long Island. There is amble parking and a full assortment of products that a family or business uses. I recommend COSTCO throughout the country.

In a while I visited this location for get a new piano for my son.Ended up not getting it but, I will go back to buy one.Because price is right.But, one thing is really bothering me today visit.I had master card which is not acceptable at Costco. Ok.Not a problem I paid with cash.192.53I was short a 1 cents so I gave her $200.( I told cashier I want pay 200. 53cents )The. Cashier was so quick so her line quickly cleaned. which is great.Her money drawer closed before I pay her 60cennts instead of 53 cents.Because I was short in 1cents.I was wait to get back from cashier a 7 cents.Then all of sudden, right next from me, the guys said,looking at me like I am being "ridiculous " that I'm waiting for 7 cents back.He told me " just forgetting it for 7cents. Then the cashier and the guy behind me they look each other slightly smiling with the "attitude " and shook their head and looked at me again.In a couple of time more.I felt so disgusted by their attitude.Listen, I hoped the guy and the cashier see this massage.If you guys think the 7 cents is not important,That's your thoughts.Me, my money is very important and I counts every penny and i care who my friends and families money too.Listen lady, the cashier, if you thoughts the 7cents was nothing but, think more I was short in a 1 cent .Would you allow the customer and get their grocery "1 cents short? "I don't think so.So, every penny IS important.Very bad customer services.I was on Oct.26 Thursday around 12pm.around middle lane.😮‍💨

Needs to get better at unloading trucks in there docks almost five hours to get unloaded of P & G paper goods that's crazy
