Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. A beehive of activity. This is the Pharmacy my Doctor uses. Extensive inventory, if they don't have it on hand, they will order it for a fast turnaround.

I believe my family has been using this pharmacy since the 1970's. I've had some good experiences with the pharmacies at the big corporate stores like CVS, Rite Aid, and Target, but find it disgusting when they force the closure of local businesses, so I feel good about supporting 110 Pharmacy. My elderly mom gets her prescriptions filled here, and they appear to know her and seem to be exceptionally accommodating with deliveries as well.They have a good selection of supplements, while a bit more expensive than other locations around town, I'd rather see those costs help support this local business, so don't feel too bad about paying them.They also have a good selection of mobility aids like canes, wheelchairs, and Rollators, although they don't accept insurance payment for them.

Friendly accommodating always have what I need. They also have an awesome vitamin shoppe. Rachel knows a lot about vitamins. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I actually came to this business by accident. My pharmacy, for some reason sent my prescription here. They were very very accommodating and the service was excellent all the way down to them honoring my coupon for a free prescription! The pharmacy is too far for me to use regularly but if you're nearby definitely use them!

The ladies in the pharmacy are great and really helpful, but the gentleman who was in the back is horrible. I was in need of surgical material for a loved one's surgical care, and the material I needed was not available, but I was able to find the replacement. When I opened the box, they were only a few of them, so when I went to the front to pay the ladies gave me discount because the amount available in the box was much pricier than buying the box. When one of the ladies complained to him about the issue to the gentleman in the back, he stated that the price they gave me was too cheap and they needed to charge me more. I understand that is a business, but if I'm trying to buy the whole box for something, don't try to charge me more. He should go to business school and learn how to run a business. Those old school business tactics don't work anymore. I would not go back since he doesn't know how to treat his customers properly.

Have been going there for two decades. They have every med known, and available. Especially happy with woman in surgical supplies. She fitted me with a special shoe very quickly, and was concerned for my injury.

I've been using 110 pharmacy for over a year now. I switched from CVS because there were more than a few times when they were unable to fill a prescription because they didn't carry an item, and they would send me to 110 pharmacy. Eventually I switched permanently. I like that they always have, or will order what I need, and they fill prescriptions pretty quickly, but customer service is just "so so". It really depends on who is working. Today, the cashier told me to come back tomorrow for my son's antibiotic prescription and then got angry with me when I said he needed it tonight. I told her that he has strep throat and an ear infection, so I'd wait around until they finished it because I wanthim to start the medication today. After that, they filled it within 10 minutes, but the cashier and pharmacist made it clear that they were annoyed. This is not the normal experience I have, but it really put a bad taste in my mouth.*Edit* I'm updating my rating because after posting this, the owner of the pharmacy reached out to me. She sent a letter apologizing for my experience, assured me that the staff had been spoken to, and gave me a gift card, which I was very nice of her to do.

I honestly am disgusted and horrified by the negligence and horrific customer service I’ve experienced at this pharmacy. My Doctor ordered a prescription and then cancelled the first as we realized it was the incorrect one to give me. The second prescription was ordered within 30 minutes of the first and I waited until I got the second text confirmation to ensure there was no issue or mix up in prescriptions. When I arrived they found one prescription ready for me and gave me that. I trusted, foolishly, that the pharmacists and staff on hand were competent enough to do their jobs and give me the prescription that was correct, not the one that was cancelled. When my Doctor and I had my 3 month check up she was horrified that I’d been taking the wrong medication and explained to me that all the issues I’d been having were a direct result from the prescription the pharmacy filled and gave me incorrectly. When I confronted the pharmacy, particularly annoyed at the situation, I was greeted with a “well you have the right one now so what’s the issue”. I’d been given the wrong medication for THREE MONTHS because of their negligence! I then spoke with Denise, a nasty piece of work, who blamed my Doctor first, then me saying I picked it up too early (I waited for that second confirmation text so couldn’t have been me), then said her system showed I was given the correct medication (insinuating I was lying), and then had the audacity to judge me and ask why I didn’t realize I’d been taking the wrong medication for three months. These medications have long and confusing names to the consumer, I trusted the pharmacy to fill it correctly (which is their job)! The nastiness, judgement and complete disdain I was shown because of this pharmacy's malpractice and negligence was horrific and I warn everyone to go elsewhere. No apologies until a false one was given at the end in a mocking tone and I was laughed at when I turned around to leave. Repulsed by the pharmacists and staff in what should be a professional establishment.

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. To start, every time I've run out of refills on a medication, I've had 0 notice of it when I picked up the last of the refills, which, when your medication keeps you out of the hospital is a HUGE issue. Additionally, they didn't tell me prior, but my medication has also since then been discontinued, again, was not notified at any point prior to attempting to pick it up. Now, I don't live close by, so I tried to pick up a different daily medication 1 week early and they told me it was too soon. 2 weeks go by, just tried picking up the same medication and my entire prescription has expired. This is literally the 2nd time in 1 month span this pharmacy has completely screwed my entire health over so no, I will NEVER go back to this place. PS - I've heard they also own Cottage Pharmacy in Woodbury, and are known to inflate their prices there just because its Woodbury. Totally scummy. Totally negligent. Will never go back.

Horrible.. Woman answering the phone didn't speak English and was unable to assist me. How can a customer be serviced if the person answering the phone doesn't know the products or needs of a customer?
