Went to the store looking for an impact. Found one had to get someone to unlock it for me. Which took awhile kept getting the wrong keys. Got to the register and the checkout guy kept trying to push their warranty on me. I told him no repeatedly! The item rang up wrong I told him it was wrong he scanned again as if that would change something. He verified it was in the wrong spot and then asked well who got this out for you. I said some young girl did. They wouldn’t honor the price that was on the sign because “it was too much of a difference” the difference was $100. The attitude I was given and questioned about where it came from from a LOCKED area will keep me from buying at tractor supply again. I had intended to purchase a lot of things there very soon but now I’m not. Been buying there for years and spent thousands. Customer service matters people!***update*** manager reached out and made the situation fair. I made a large purchase and will continue to shop at this store now! Have to give credit when it’s due. Kudos to the manager for reaching out and making it right!

We went into the Medina NY location today to purchase an item. The item tag price was $69.99. It was on one of those hooks you need a key to unlock to get it off. We went and found an employee who unlocked it and handed it to us. We get to the register and the cashier says $185. I said no the tag says… and explained the whole thing to him. He walks back to see if we were lying. WE WEREN’T. He calls the manager and she denies the sale at that price. We obviously leave mad, because a price tag is exactly that. If the employees can’t manage to do their jobs correctly. Then do right by the customer or find ones that can actually use their brains! The $2,000 we were going to spend there next month on purchases WON’T be happening!

The pine shavings are kept outside now. I had to chip ice off the pallets this winter. When I spoke to the manager about this, they didn’t care and I was told that all the store keep there shavings outside, this is an outright lie.

I've become a regular weekend visitor here and I've never been disappointed. Wonderful staff , great with customers. There products are always great, sales are awesome too. They also have people outside of there store at times like, people who operate with a wildlife refuge. There's been Boy scout fundraisers, just a great spot.

Just purchased a gun safe, it was the floor model. Drove an hour to pick it upThe code they gave me was wrong.I've tried calling and calling the store 20+ times and no one answeredNow have to spend another 2 hours loading and driving it back to the store for a refund

I was like seeing the baby ducks and the chickens. Not every store has everything but they have a lot and they're very helpful great place to pick up dog food

I love that 8vcannget all of my pet supplies at competitive prices, so close to home. Even better, I can order online and they text me when my order is ready for pick up. They even loaded it all in my car! They also have home delivery. Friendly engaging staff as well!

Came into the medina store and learned a lot about chickens from John great customer service. I love my local tractor supply for feed, canning supplies and gifts for the family. The store was very clean and organized. I would recommend this store to anyone because of the great customer service and its wide variety of great products.

Always love any tsc. Went to this location for the pet clinic to get shots for my dogs. It's nice that they have them at tsc very convenient. And you get a free bag of dog food from the store after the clinic !

A lot of clearance without tags, hard to know price. Rows of clearance displayed with wrong tags on shelf. Extremely misleading. Witnessed a few people who assumed shelf tags were correct, only to be charged higher price at register.

Medina, Lockport and all of them are horrible. How do you guarantee a shipment..... Then call and your own email and order number is confused? Every time i purchase something from this place i have issues. Or issues with the product. Dented lawn roller, dented stove pipe, damaged truck tool box, cant wait for Runnings to get into town.

While i look the store, the sales associates ive come in contact with have little knowledge on outdoor projects etc. I called and asked whay might be the best vegetables to grow right now (July) bc i hadnt found much online. I am a begginner. NOT ONE PERSON could help me. I find that ridiculous.
