Small town hardware store with a large selection of plumbing and electrical fittings as well as fasteners of all types. They're is a moderate selection of power tools, paint sundries, yard tools and grilling, with other common items mixed in. The lumber yard has all common dimensional stock with white pine and molding. The concrete and related supplies are great unless you are looking for uncommon or specialty mixes (stucco and dyes). The mulch and outdoor supplies every spring/summer are well stocked and a decent price for bagged goods. The store has other supplies not offered in other Ace stores, like propane, fishing, bait, and ammo. This is a great one-stop-shop.

They do not offer a Veteran Discount they stated it was due to corporate pushing for the Ace rewards program. Went to Albion Ace hardware not a problem sir thank you for your service and 10% off that's respect!!

This place has made a complete 180° turn from being overly helpful and fantastic, to no help whatsoever.we walked in there were two ladies talking in front not sure if they worked there or not so we went looking for are self then being unsuccessful we looked for help and asked if they worked here they said yes asked are question and didn't have a clue to what we were talking about so we continued looking and finally found what we wanted with no help whatsoever.

Service and knowledge big box stores don’t have. Online app is a great tool even lets you check stock. I found an odd product I needed for a very old house, had to order in, they made it easy. Showed me the part on computer ordered and was in the next day. They called to tell me it was ready. I like the idea of shopping local, but in Medina it’s shopping better too.

Love the store and employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have things you likely won't find anywhere else. Some things are competitively priced but a lot is also double the price vs most other hardware stores. So far they have price matched for me except when the double priced items. Last two times I tried I was told a manager needs to do it and both times a manager wasn't around$20 wire strippers @ Ace vs $11 anywhere else.

I needed several locks keyed all the same way and Grant really went out of his way to make sure that everything was done correctly and on time. The service at Ace hardware and Medina is great and they're always super friendly and willing to help. I have also never had an issue with having to return something that was wrong or I didn't need.

Never going back. Was totally ignored with my UPS return. People at Value Home Center broke out they're phones to find a ups spot! When in Medina, go to Value for help!

Curbside pickup? No. We called 3 times ( was disconnected) once and asked them to prepare an orderof wood on 11/23/20, they said they would do it. When we got there 2 hours later the order wasn't ready and the people working there didn't know anything about it. We told our contractor about it and he said the same thing happened to him. If you want us to use your local business instead of the big box stores, Evans Ace, work on your customer service.

The woman at the counter would not sell me the item at sales price. When I pointed out she charged me full price, her response was "you want to make a big deal over $2.00". This was the ace located in medina ny.

They have everything you'd need just about including things nobody around has like carbon brushes, ball bearings, all kinds of springs and that's just the odd ball stuff. They had all the parts for me to make a one way check valve.

You go into store, looking for something they have advertised, and of course it's not in stock. You ask for a rain check on the sale item, get told you have to pay for it now but wait two months for product to come back into stock. I believe I should have gotten a rain check for sale item since they didn't even have any in stock to begin with.

Ordered a swing online said online they had it in stock for curbside pickup today called about 4 hours later and they don't have it now I have to go and contact customer service to get a refund stick with Lowe's and home depot ace hardware is a joke
