Visited your store located in Medina on Ridge Road. . Cashier Young male, long, dark hair early 20s was rude, ignorant and zero Communication skills. Tossed my items in the bag with no care, and snatched my money. I wanted to say I’m sorry you’re having a bad day but don’t have to take it out on customers. That would be last time I visit that location. If he doesn’t like people why is he in customer service.

I've never been a fan of Dollar Generals in the first place but this place takes the cake for one of the worst I've ever been in. It feels like a knockoff warehouse store on the inside, and when I bought some string lights on discount, they didnt take off nearly enough, making it seem as if everyone was confused in general. The only plus is the selection is nice.

This is by far one of my favorite stores! Not to mention only 5 minutes from home! All the staff are very friendly and helpful.the the selection of items they carry is top notch. Usually in a pinch I don't need to go anywhere else but here! And if you have ever been able to catch any clearance sales you know that you can find awesome things for very little! I love this store to go to when I need a variety of different things! Prices are right$!

The staff was nice and helpful and even though some customers were rude they continued to provide great customer service. Even with aisles cluttered with boxes they are trying to keep shelves stocked to support the demand.

It really doesn't matter which DG I go to. I pretty much like them all. I know what they are about so I keep my expectations in check. I just wish they had the DG grocery stores like they do in Louisville.

I love the fact that you can get just about everything you need fome milk to diapers everything in between. Then the fact that they are now located in rural areas is even better if you live in the country and don't want to run into town

Just went to use the bathroom lol..but looked around a little bit after..pretty much what's to be expected of a dollar general, but it had cement floors, not too attractive. But I guess w. the amount of people that probably go in with their hunting boots on or whatever, you probably need cement floors

Bought 25 dollars worth of merchandise and forgot one bag at counter,called store not even 10 mins later asked if my bag was still there,managers response was no bags left and asked if I'm sure it was this store,I said because I had the rude older lady,I truly hate going to this store evening cashier's rude talking with each other across the store

This dollar general is by far the worst employed establishment I've ever been toThey accuse you of anything in the third then when they find out they were wrong they don't apologize nor erase the pics off there phone where they tried to embarrass you publicly

This has got to be the worst Dollar general anywhere. There's always product piled in the aisles
