There Corporates HAVE No Respect for the residents in the community At ALL.They No Longer Offer you the $5 Off of $25. The New Regional Manager came in to the Medina Store For The First time and threw it away (in front of customers) the $5 barcode for $5 off of $25 that often people in Our Community need and often use. The Elderly often need this since so many about %80 are on fixed income.The Regional and New Store Manager know this. They Do Not Care!Behind the scenes there seems to be backstabbing among Managers( if you don't sleep with vendors or shoot up or sniff with others you can't stay)(SAD)No more self check-out. They will pay for another employee to stand over you when you check out(but to actually help you).

Remodel looks better. But when I got to the register, the self check out was card only and the actual register was cash only. I refuse to use these self check outs, I only had my card, so I set everything down and walked out.

Could use better housekeeping, but overall good place to get certain things at a good price. Can't replace Walmart, tops, or any of the main stores. But good place to add to your shopping rotation. Employees at this location are very nice.

The cashiers here are always high strung and unorganized. Their credit card machine is always broken and instead of remaining calm and professional, they flip out in front of the customers. Not to mention they are all rude just in general.

Customers are not the most important priority. Cashiers will mess around with other things and make customers wait. Taking out their phones, other jobs, or stop in the middle of cashing out and leave their station to talk with another employee...the carts are in horrible condition!!!!! Watched 2 customers try and pull any of them apart, they are always stuck together due to the condition they're in...too cluttered near the enterance/cash out area, no where to stand or form a line, so everyone is being squished together or being forced to get out of line to let anyone get in or leaving the store.

Clean shelves were empty but in the process of re stocking if you dont see it on the shelf ask 9 times out of 10 they have it in the back just havent had time to stock it yet.

I go there shopping at Dollar General and Aldis and at Alabama store and Citgo gas station that's the only place I shop and maybe Rite Aid that's the only businesses I do in Medina and Alabama and the post office I use is in basom that's the only stores I trust

I do not dislike the company itself but this building they are in is a definite not attractive. Most people in the city will not shop here for that reason

Lots of stuff to browse through but this store is usually a chaotic, disorganized mess. This is our last choice for the "dollar stores" locally

I went onto the dollar general in Medina today and when I was checking out the cashier never said a word to me, never even looked at me. Very poor customer service.
