I originally went to Tractor Supply today to ensure a gate that I had purchased would be in on time (today) but when I went to the store, I was told that there was a shipping delay and the gate would not arrive for two more weeks. While I am very annoyed at that news, I have to say that the managers John and Lorraine were extremely kind, understanding and did everything they could to make a bad situation just a little better. I appreciate them for their kindness and understanding.

Great store. Came here for the self service pet wash. The wash and dry room were great, however, the process was kind of ridiculous. You need to pay first, then go wait in line at the back of the store, and then when it’s your turn you need to go back up to the front of the store to get towels. All while walking your dog through the store and rushing that no one will go jump ahead of you if they don’t want to get towels. I am not sure if I would come back to wash my dog here but the store itself was great and the staff was very helpful while we walked around.

Friendly & helpful staff. Has a wide verity of animal feed, especially for horses. Also has great work clothes & an automotive section. It offers in house Veterinary care on certain days of the week & has bath facilities for dogs.

I love that tractor supply put a location here in Medford. The store is clean, well stocked and organized. The people here are extremely nice and helpful. I had an especially pleasant employee, Troy, that was above and beyond polite and helpful. If he is the typical person that's a representative of your company, good for you. I have been here many times and recommend anyone to go here. I have been to a few around the country and will continue to come here.

Don't lose your receipt because when you try to replace a defective item they can't help you. Open every box in the store to make sure everything is in there.

Super helpful when we bought horse stall mats! Got a courtesy call beforehand to make sure we had the proper vehicle to pick up. Then at the store, Brenda was GREAT in loading the mats into our van.Very great service and excellent product!

Went there to give my 2 dogs baths - there was a woman taking her SWEET time in there and we wound up waiting about 45 minutes for her to finish. The staff was so nice to use - constantly checking in on the woman and making sure we were okay. Mike (One of the managers) gave us 1/2 off our next pet wash because we had to wait. Great experience!

Wife and I went there on October 26 to look at safes. I decided to apply for their store card and looked to purchase a safe before Christmas. Card arrived in the mail last week haven’t even opened it yet. Today I get a statement for an almost $300 purchase made in that store that same day. All we bought that day was 2 sodas with cash so there was an obvious fraud on my card as soon as I left the store. Never going there again!

great store great merchandise it the employees in coram are very nasty and get annoyed if u ask questions . for example today. i purchased lag bolts and the young girl at register tried charging me extra for bolts. i. told young lady that all bolts have them attached in multiple sizes she rolled her eyes at me and made it like i put bolts on them myself. i then. asked her to check she walks to isle and. sees im correct she then rolls her eyes again. and slams on counter cuz she’s wrong. i día not say ebt thing else but it’s dad such a great store . maybe time for some new employees tractor supply . this is not the first time. . i have many similar stories every time i shop here . these is one lady that’s very helpful. who sells chickens. but for the most part there’s a bunch of disgruntled employees.

I met Troy and Jean...these 2 people were interested in my purchase and how I could inhance my animals with several others product's...which I purchased. Troy assisted me loading my truck with my 92 year old mother and thank me for today...which was extremely cold! He even made sure mom was seat belted into the vehicle. This type of assistance was makes you feel confident and wants you to come back and restock the supplies I require. Thank you Jean and Troy. See you soon!!

Just wanted to do an update after two years this continues to be awesome. They sell great products and the people working here are extremely helpful. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻We have shopped here for a while now and will continue to enjoy the absolutely awesome people working at this Tractor Supply store. The people who work here treat customers like family. On more then one occasion I called to see if they had an item in stock and when I went to the store it was waiting at the customer service desk. Now that is five star caring for sure, you don't get that kind of service and help at the other big box stores. Thank you to all the tractor supply working at this store. You guys and gals are incredible and helpful.

I will say this about this store most of the workers there are very helpful I'm a regular customer there and the one thing I noticed is that the workers that I saw most of the time I see less and less. So one day I went into the store and asked a employee why I didn't see him as frequently as before and he said that everyone's hours were being cut and that he would probably have to leave his job to go somewhere else. This is a message to the persons running this company keep your employees give them hours it's really disgusting that the employees that work for you can't work but you have a help wanted sign at your front door make up your minds. Or maybe it's just management keeping hrs down so they can get a bigger bonus check!!

This place is great. Got a lot of stuff here for the kittens when a stray gave birth in our shed. They had everything we needed. Now that they are grown we go here for the basics. They do sell cat milk which we still get because its a nice treat that even momma loves and its a good price. We only have the cats now, but they have tons of stuff for almost every animal.

Love this place. Always helpful and kind. I love going there, it's like stepping into another world! Some of the prices are not great but that being said you will always find something cheaper some where else (this goes for any store) but being able to go stop in one place for all my animal and yard needs is great, and I can sneak myself a nice smelling candle or two.They get 5 stars over 4 because of the ability to handle issues amazingly. Nothing is perfect anywhere, but the staff here handles hurdles and issues effortlessly and that is amazing because it's not a mom and pop place but they make it feel that way.Oh and ordering online and picking up in store? 🙌👍👍

Don't go to Calverton Tractor Supply for propane tank refills, go to this one. They are more professional here and don't give you the kind of BS that the Calverton location gives you.FOr instance, Calverton location refuses to fill up my 20 pound propane tank completely. They will only refill around 80% of the capacity. So, from bone dry empty to only around 16 pounds of propane filled in.Then they, at Calverton, argue that going over is "overfilling" the tank and that that is agains the law. WHen I try to reason with them that overfilling means going above the 20-pound certified limit of the tank, and that by giving me just 16 pounds is forcing me to make more unnecessary trips they refuse to budge. And they make it clear you're not welcome in their store if you argue with them that their policy is NOT actually State Law as they claim it is.Stick to Medford, even if it's a longer drive.

I really don’t like to assume the worse of people, but I could not help but do so during my first and last shopping trip in this location. I went on Wednesday October 16th. We were the only 2 Asian Americans shopping. The lady at the register seemed annoyed and bothered to ring me out, she did not say hi and seemed like she could care less in servicing us. My husband made a separate purchase and he tried to ask her how her day was? And she proceeded to shrug him off and pay no mind. Now the service the customer had before and after me were very different. They were greeted and asked if they found everything. Alright. Again I don’t like to assume the worst of ppl but being treated differently because of my background was the last thing I expected during this trip.

This location was very well stocked and the staff was very friendly as well as knowledgeable. This location also has a self dog wash located at the back of the store for an excellent price. The staff I encountered was not only knowledgeable about their products but also of the animals. I highly recommend Tractor Supply and in particular, this location.

This is our 4th going to the store in hopes of coming out with a couple of chickens but it wasn't until we ran into you that we finally decided to do this. Joe was incredibly patient, answered 1000 of our questions, gave us plenty of advice and even hand picked all of the items we needed to bring home our new babies. I don't have the words to describe how incredibly happy and grateful we are to have walked into this store and get taken care of by such a wonderful, kind, and beautiful soul! It is people like him that every place in this world needs. You can tell just by the smile on his face how much he loves his job. My first visit. Easy to see from the street and good parking. Large store, lots of animal feed, including cats and dogs. Chicks and ducklings for sale. Tools. Hitches, garden tools, mower oils, feeds etc... Decent prices on most things. Overall it's a welcome addition to our community. I like it!

Always stopped at this companys stores in Pennsylvania and Maine while on vacation. Happy they finally opened a location on Long Island although I wish they would open one up in Nassau County. Staff at this location was very helpful and friendly
