Staff was friendly but store was not clean. Room for vaccine shots was trashed! Overworked pharmacy department resulted in long wait

Walgreens Mechanicville . Web site allows you to make appointments for vacines for 8:30 &8:45, we go the Pharmacy doesn't open till 9am! I ask the Team lead her response " I don't know who our district office is " Really not helpful. Called two 800 numbers NO Answer just dumps you onto a voice box. Worse Customer Service Ever. Survey our little town Most would rate ONE star!

This store employs the nicest, most helpful employees. The pharmacy is friendly and experienced. I wouldn't go anywhere else for meds or pharmacy needs.

That are not open at 8am as what's listed in Google, they are closed and it's 822am, they open at 9am, update ur hours
