9 times out of 10 when I had problem to resolve and wasn't sure how to fix it, I had the solution when I walked out! The one time they couldn't help me was when I was trying to locate an obscure Japanese made screwdriver for "Y" slotted screws! Always my go to for advice on how to approach anything I am struggling to fix!Customer service here is the best I have experienced anywhere!

I absolutely love this place!!! The staff are amazing. They sell animals but they also care deeply about all the animals they sell. They are knowledgeable as well. Returns are easy to do too. I purchased 3 hairless guinea pigs from them and one passed away within a week. It happens sometimes with a new litter. They returned my money and buried him for me, it was such a hard time losing my baby guinea pig but the comfort I received is why I will never shop anywhere else... It's local and it is definitely a great place to go to. I purchase all my animal supplies for the indoor and outdoor animals as well as flowers for the yard... They even have paint!

This is more than a place to get your hardware needs.It's truly an experience!If you want that hometown feel, people that help you, and experienced something that's not like the box stores; you have to check this place out.Staff is very helpful, they have quite a selection, and the prices are competitive.It's worth a visit if you've never been there.

Great selection and friendly staff. My wife had a basket of stuff and a hundred dollar bill in her hand. It came to $104. When she went for her wallet she was told don't worry about the 4 bucks. That never happens at Ace

Purchased 4 hanging baskets from this store, for 170$ and I have been taking very good care of them, they died in 2 weeks. I have another flower pot of flowers that I have had since mother's day and that one is still alive, not bought from this store. I am very upset.

Everyone working there was amazing....so.very.friendly and helpful. They even spent time showing us the hedghogs and other super interesting.animals. Found a super fresh Christmas tree and had a great time.

The store has so many of my pets needs. I can get gardening tools, household repairs items & outdoor seasonal items as well! Staff are always friendly & helpful. They're open every day of the week too - which is VERY helpful because they're just down the road!

This store is by far my favorite. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about all of your home needs. My days have been saved by staff knowledge on everything from bolts and screws to plant care to salting my way out of the horrible ice storm. Add in that prices are reasonable and they carry a number of local business craft products, this store is irreplaceable in our community.

Country Living is the best!! They carry just about everything and are so helpful. It is so convenient in a town like Mechanicville. Otherwise we would have to drive 15 min each way to a box store and I much prefer to support a local business.

This store is great unless you need things special ordered. They act like it's a huge deal to call you and let you know something you need has arrived. I have disabilities that affect my short term memory and processing. It really sucks that they always make ME feel like I'm the inconvenience. Short staffed or not, I feel it takes 3 minutes or less to call someone and let them know their product is in.

They are always helpful. I always fine what I need from tools to pets flowers and garden they have sink fittings I needed they cover so many household items to fix anything. The workers are all so helpful. It's very nice inside with the displays of water fountains and birdbaths.
