Walked in. No representatives around. I found my items. Went to self scan. Scanned my 2 items, found out 1 item did not a scan correctly. I price searched my own item. Then continued to wait for service.Other customers (1 of five inline) started to find help. They were blatantly ignored.I yelled out " HELLO! IS THERE ANYONE HERE "!They finally responded.This place is trashed. If you can't find something, just look on the dirty floor.I asked if there's a manager on?"We are all managers" was my response.If everyone is a manager? Why do these issues exist?Rating = 0!

Went to pick up a few odds and ends for Halloween. Great prices on seasonal decor, i always love checking out their $1 deals. I almost always leave with more stuff than i intended on buying because I just can't pass up the deals that you find. Very clean and organized when I was there. Amazing and friendly employees. I recommend shopping here.

I am so impressed with the staff during this crisis we are going through.I am really grateful for how the people in the senior world as we get the first hour in the store and there were 2-6 pack of paper towels and they were different and a woman had picked them up and she heard me say I am only looking for a package of paper towels and bleach and then as I approached she asked me which one I wanted and I told her I really appreciated her willing to share with me.I am going to tell you that I was really nervous to go shopping because of the horror stories but the kindness that was shown to me has given me some hope.People were actually kind to one another and I am finding myself filling up with tears because I was at ease and able to calm down.I thank you for your kindness today as I know people are stressing out and just some are just worried about themselves.I enjoyed my experience today and thank you to the woman who shared the paper towels with me.God bless and take care.

I like Dollar General in Mechanicville. It just seems everytime I go there, the store is dirty. Nothing on shelves are faced up. I worked in retail and know the importance of having a clean store and keeping the shelves faced up and neat looking. The front of the store is always piled with totes and boxes. Need a more competent store manager.

This has become one of my favorite stores. Large variety of goods some of which are a dollar and some a bit more. Also has a small grocery aisle with a cooler. Quick stop when you're not in the mood or don't need a large market.

Clean spaced for 6 ft distance mask wearing isles are wide variety of items prices not too bad lots of garden and now halloween decorations. I always find good deals.

I normally like going to Dollar General but the cashier I had did not acknowledge me at all. She was literally scrolling through her Facebook on the counter before she started putting my stuff in a bag. She never said hi. The only thing she said to me was my total and that was it not even have a nice day!!!

Since they remodeled this store in Mechanicsville I'm there a couple times a week have what I need most of the time health is friendly prices are great
