Clean and well organized store. Some variety but not huge. People are friendly which is reassuring.Do have a Tops Club card as that can help save some money. Not sure if ecoupons work here but do ask.

Of the smaller Tops Markets store locations in Chautauqua County (Silver Creek, Falconer, Westfield & Mayville) Mayville is by far the best.

3 rd time I walked out leaving my basket and items in the closed lane. I don’t work for Tops Market I do not use self check out. People are very rude about having to open a human operating register. Meanwhile there is 4 or 5 walking around dazed and confused. Washington st in Jamestown blows Mayvilles Tops away. Actually friendly and courteous to their customers. Not like Mayville. Even though I live like 5 miles from mayville I will go the 13 to Jamestown or 16 to Westfield or ferdonia Smfh!! Ugh!

The store was clean and well stocked. Nice beer selection in priced fairly. Meet in produce seemed fresh and well stocked. Employees were friendly and prompt in the checkout line. Oh and all not a bad grocery store especially being in a smaller town

Prices can be a bit high if you dont have a shopper's card...BUT if you don't have the card, just ask the cashier and they will scan a store shoppers card onto your order so you get the cheaper prices/sale prices. Very nice of them to do so.Employees always very helpful and friendly.

I asked a question to someone in the bakery about the cinnamon rolls if they had any without that icing on it.she didn't but said if I call them they could have it tomorrow morning. That was very nice of her. But I wasn't going up to Mayville Tops just for cinnamon rolls.

Since I work in Mayville I am kind of a "regular". Tops pricing can sometimes be high but getting small lunch stuff here is nice. Cashiers seem friendly and wave to me every time I come in.

I like it here. the employees are nice and the prices aren’t that bad if you get the tops brand stuff. they’re also open relatively late and open early which is convenient.

The store manager is a complete psycho. They gave me moldy cucumbers on my sub & I specifically asked for fresh mushrooms and they gave me canned and when I went to return the disgusting sub she was the rudest human being I've ever met! Like that was your mistake, not mine. You shouldnt try and sell people garbage if you don't want any complaints about YOUR service!

It's smaller than other Tops stores. Puzzling selection: I have to go to nearby Westfield location to get items. Staff is friendly.Feb. 2022 update: despite being a small store, they removed some of the regular registers to install those irritating self-check outs. It will be interesting to see how this works during the busy summer tourist season.

They said i cant bring my 1wheel in and the manager kicked my friend and i out for no reason and they are way over priced and 0/10 do not recommend. If u could rate lower i would:)

Nice clean store. Had what I went there for and it was on sale! Love there fresh baked Italian bread. Lines were going fast so that was a plus too! Cashier was very nice and friendly. Thank you Tops!

Through the winter season I shop at the Tips in Jamestown on Washington St. They are very helpful and friendly! ! Summer season we stay on Chautauqua Lake so today I came to the Mayville Tops. Will probably be the last time. While at the deli - I had to wait for Kalle to get done what ever she was doing needle she even recognized there was a costumer. When she did come over to wait on my - no can I help you- no nothing she just looked at me. So I just looked back - finally she said hi and I order. Of course no thank you. Then I went to check out - no one at the register, but the light was on. Chris finally mosied up to the register. I did purchase the but 2 get 3 free 12 packs of Coke products. I asked if i.had to put it all on the belt and was told yes. I am 65 yrs old and they are heavy for me - neither he nor the packer both in theor 20's offered to help. I think your staff needs some training on dealing with customers.

It'll do when you HAVE to shop local but the prices are insanely high. $1.74 at Walmart is $3.29 at Tops.

Fresh vegetables are great. Lots of salads, ice cream choices, lines to purchase food aren't terribly long.

TOPS carries pretty much everything food related in addition to health and beauty products, cleaning supplies, a variety of books and magazines as well as an in store pharmacy. Always good service and friendly staff.

The manager is a complete b**** & if I could I'd give this Tops "friendly market" no stars what so ever. But for my review to go up...I have to at least put a star. She's the rudest woman I've ever met! And I'm talking about the manager of the ENTIRE store. Not a shift manager or something.
