I highly recommend C&E Auto Body for any of your vehicle needs. They do fantastic work and are very informative. I've never needed autobody work before, so this was my first experience going through insurance and getting work done to a vehicle. They explained everything very well and made the whole process extremely easy and stress free. My wife was very comfortable there as well which doesn't happen often when it comes to any car related work. Great local mechanic! I had a leak in one of hoses on my firewall and when I called to see if they could fix it the owner already knew what to do from my description alone. I really appreciated that they called me after they figured out exactly what was wrong before they did any work. My car was good as new when I picked it up the next day. The price was also great compared to other places I've gone to in the past. So happy for not only the excellent work but the super friendly and honest owner made me feel comfortable coming back if I should have any further car issues.

Excellent mechanics. Very professional. I went there to have my car repaired after getting a referral from a friend. They explained to me what the problem was and gave me a fair estimate. They completed the work in a reasonable time. I'd go back to them again and refer them to anyone that needs auto repair work done.

I tried to buy car from C&E listed on EBay and they asked for a deposit to end the listing. I gave them $500 subject to an inspection by an independent third party. Paint work was discovered and C&E claimed the dealer who performed the inspection did not know what they were talking about. They refused to give me my $500 deposit, never returned my phone calls nor emails, and still refuse to cooperate despite me attempting to be respectful the entire time. I was still hoping to resolve this very unfortunate situation but sadly am not investigating all my options. My opinion is this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had and I am really disappointed in C&E.

I dropped off a vehicle that was having intermittent AC issues. The shop chose to recharge the refrigerant without any diagnosis and charged me over $100. The car drove off the lot with no change in AC performance. When I confronted the shop about the continuing issues they gaslighted me by saying, “It’s an old car, sometimes things stop working as well as they used to”.After talking to a mechanic friend on the phone I resolved the issue with a new compressor relay that I installed myself for about $3.Needless to say I won’t be going back.Edit: I did not drop off or pickup the vehicle from repair, thought I did pay for it. No invoice was provided at POS to the driver. Only a receipt from the credit card machine. The total cost included a brake job that I won’t get into but doesn’t help change the review.

We had an accident in the winter where our vehicle slid off the road and lodged itself in a ditch between several trees. The problem was also made worse by several inches of snow and well below freezing cold temperatures. Chris the tow truck operator spent over an hour meticulously winching our car out of a tight spot and making every effort to reduce further damage. It was true skill, patience, and professionalism.

These people are crooks had a vehicle towed there and they charged me a 295 dollar hook up fee, and then charged me 675 dollars for one weeks storage, because there was a mistake that led to my tow the troopers asked if they could wave the storage, they did and then charged me 350 for a mechanics lien they claimed they filed, a mechanics lien in a week, these guys are real life crooks without a gun!!! Beware of these guys
