I recently was visiting North Folk to meet a long distant friend who mentioned this place. Going in, I was welcomed with such smells of sweetness and more. I was greeted and served by a charisma lad known as Alex.He welcomed me into the store and was extremely polite and well mannered. Looking around the rest of the team seem to but my experience with Alex was great.It has been a while since i met someone who served me with such kindness and passion and not put on a face cause they had to. Alex meant it.I want to thank Alex for providing me and also making me find a new love for gourmet chocolate and more.I hope you all have a great career. Cause with people like Alex i am honestly sure you have nothing to worry about. Please visit this place.The chocolate here is made with love.

I would like to give a shout out to Steve from the North fork chocolate company located in Riverhead. Every time I called he answered and helped me all along the way so I could coordinate a surprise chocolate deliver for my boyfriend on Valentine’s Day. The chocolates are absolutely beautiful, and I will be returning for any future chocolate cravings. Thank you Steve and thank you North Fork chocolate factory.

Coffee is way too expensive but their chocolate selection looked amazing. Store was cute with some interesting knick knacks and condiments for sale.We paid $39 plus tip for 3 small mocha lattes with 3 shots, and oat/almond milk. There were no prices posted anywhere so we had no clue until it was too late. For the price, they weren’t that great, either. Chocolate was pricey as well but for good quality chocolate that’s to be expected these days.Since the owner replied - no, our lattes were small, and after sitting in the car for 10 minutes they all turned to sludge which none of us were happy about. There were NO prices posted and we were all shocked when the total came up. If the latte was $7.95 then how did we get to $13 a cup in the end? It doesn't add up, regardless of the ingredients used. Again, maybe a price list would have helped us make a better decision to not overpay for a coffee drink. Your store is cute, but I do not recommend buying specialty coffee there unless you're rich and have the money to spend. :)

Hand made chocolate and truffle incorporating local wine and ingredients. Home made I ice cream (obviously you need to try the chocolate ice cream) which they also make into milkshake. Spacious indoor eating area that is also available as a private event space. Collection of local jams body cafe and hot coffee available. Got chocolate available in fall and winter.

When we travel, we usually look for a local place to buy chocolate. I can honestly say that although we have had some great chocolate through the years, no place has been able to top North Fork Chocolate. So yesterday when my husband took off from work to spend my birthday with me out on the North Fork, stopping here for some of my favorites was a no brained. The ones that I love the most are the chocolate and blueberry port, chocolate moscato, and chocolate bourbon, but no matter which ones you pick, your tastebuds will thank you!

Fun chocolate tasting. The chocolates are so worth every penny. The shop is really cute tho coffees smelled so good. Once you finish your snack go walk though the art gallery, very talented artists. Very friendly and helpful. Qhteat place to sit, taste and relax. Can't wait to visit again.

Really nice place. Cappuccino was delicious as well as the chocolate bar!! If you love chocolate you must stop by here! They also have a cute little store with different sections of items for sale like Christmas decorations, art etc.....

Stumbled on this incredible shop while wine tasting on the north fork of Long Island. It is a chocolate paradise with so many amazing confections! We had their homemade ice cream, homemade fudge and homemade hot chocolate, everything thing was fresh and beautifully displayed! we are definitely returning to do our holiday shopping in their local gift galleryThe owners Ann and Steve were patient and accommodating

Traveled from NYC since seeing this store advertised on the news. Can't tell you what a disappointment it was. Items looked old and well overpriced for what they offer. When leaving without purchasing any stale looking overpriced items the store owner made a nasty comment to us. Be prepared to purchase something or you'll be harassed when leaving.Owner responds to my original review mad that I used her bathroom. My point - we traveled well over an hour specifically to go there. I was a customer as she said spent time walking around her store to be disappointed to find nothing of value. Only experience was her nasty comment when we left. Again beware if you don't purchase something. Owner is a nasty person.

This was a lovely little eatery and the fact that they had the chocolate tasting was wonderful. My wife brought me here on our anniversary and we both loved it. The chocolates we picked were good and some more interesting than the others :)

We tried for 2 years to visit this place but timing was always off. When we happened to be there to visit, they were either closed because it was their day off, after hours or off season. This time we hit it right! Cute place with a very pleasant woman behind the counter. The chocolate is great! Organic chocolate is hard to find in good quality with the variety they offer. It's a little pricey I thought, yes even for organic chocolate, but right now they have a niche in the market. Hope to be back soon.UPDATE: my wife ordered chocolates through the mail and as expected, they were delightful. Great products.

delicious handmade chocolate truffles - the other desserts looked yummy too. I'll admit the truffles are a bit on the smaller side for the price but local ingredients and 'East End' of Long Island might do that to a price. I did buy some so not that off putting obviously. patient staff. I also checked out the art and handicrafts on the other side, bought a lovely little piece of art. downstairs was antiques and collectibles, maybe I'll check that out next time I go for chocolates!

Fantastic shoppe!Reasonable prices considering the East End address.The store employees- maybe they are the owners- were really appreciative of the business.The chocolate was fantastic and the variety of flavors and types of chocolate was impressive.They make small pies- we had the s’mores version- that was ridiculously good.If you’re in the area, this is well worth a stop.If my review was helpful please consider selecting the “like” button below.If you happen to go; enjoy!

Very large selection of designer (and interesting) chocolates that you can purchase in varying quantities. The shop also offers espresso and other cool treats. Great place to pick up something for an event such as birthday or BBQ including a bottle of wine!

The hot cocoa and chocolate truffles were amazing. There was a large collection of chocolate treats as well as gift items. The ambience was peaceful and service was great. Wonderful gem located in the North Fork.

We held a private event here and had an awesome time. Steve and Ann are great people who went out of their way to make sure everyone was happy. The food prepared by Chef Steve was amazing and of course so was the cake and fondue! They made delicious chocolate favors for us as well...our guests were super impressed as were we. Highly recommend!

Tiny, overpriced and not very tasty hot chocolate. I was there yesterday around midday. I am used to the price of 7/11 hot chocolate but I know they use powder. I guess the price would not have bothered me for the 3- 10 once hot chocolates I got if we thought it tasted better. We found it too bitter. I appreciate you replying and wish you the best.

Store is spotless, the help is super sweet and helpful. Most importantly the chocolate is on point, smooth and delicious. The combinations of flavors in the choices are very well thought out. Some sourced locally which we love. Well worth the cost

Place is very nice looking and the prices for the chocolate and fudge are reasonable but I was charged $7.90 for a double espresso. I didn’t see the price until I saw the receipt. When I said that I was surprised about the price of the espresso, she said well it’s $10 at Starbucks. I just called Starbucks in Mattituck and asked for the price of a double espresso and it’s $2.88.

Interesting. Need to move Out Christmas gift items. We got a chocolate sampler. Chocolates we ok, but not as good as the chocolatier in Orient. Some of them did not have an identifiable taste. However the blackberry merlot was yummy, but small for the price. I think they have a large selection, perhaps too large.
