They added self-service kiosks and have their cashier teaching people to use them - training customers so they can be inevitably replaced.It's not the employee's fault, and I hold no ill-will towards them.It is so depressing seeing every business cut out every low-paying job, hurting the community in the process, and expecting us to support it.I don't work for you, and I won't support a business that doesn't support its community.Stop hurting people to make a few extra dollars.

CVS has the best mobile app. You click on coupons of things, then you go shop and you save soo much money. My bill went down 50%. Amazing

Male pharmacist is imperious and condescending to customers . He does a disservice to the store and it’s general manager . Would not look good to corporate management.The other staff are very capable, if you are having trouble retaining good people look here first.

Never had a bad experience with anyone who works for cvs as a general employee. The main issue is the pharmacy. Every time I go, or my significant other, they feel as though they have the right to behave like immature children. There’s no excuse for treating people the way you do with snide remarks, and unwillingness to help. There’s no need to be mean in a world where such cruelty already exists. If you’re unhappy as a pharmacist, do something more with your life. Maybe go back to school, maybe find love. Maybe devote yourself to something that will give you a semblance of joy, hope and purpose, because apparently being a pharmacist isn’t that. I hope someday you’re able to live the life you want, you’ve made your parents proud, and most of all, you’re proud of yourself.Many blessings, Kevin.

The store is great however whoevers running the pharmacy that should be open till 5 on there website and every other hrs posting for mattituck. I showed up at the counter at 4:59pm and they said they were closed. You make cvs pharmacist look like selfish lazy people. In other words if u advertise closing at 5 dont close up at 4:50. When ur serving people health and medical needs. Cvs advertises wellness the pharmacist at mattituck cvs pharmacy dept. Todat june 18th could care i ess he just wanted too go home 15 min early.

Chris, Artie, Jessica,, Colette, and all the other employees go out of their way to help you.CVS Mattituck is excellent, if a product is not available , they will go out of their way to call you to let you know when it comes back in. People there are just wonderful. Helen

Don’t know what the negative reviews are about. They even stayed open a few minutes late to get a prescription filled for my husband who needed it urgently. They’ve always been courteous and helpful on the phone. Quick with fills and refills, easiy switched over prescriptions from a different CVS I used to go to. I’ve been here 10-15 times and this has always been my experience.

Employer offers job positions and leaves people waiting over a month only for them to rescinded it. Also skeleton crew all the time. This seems to be by design. Stay away this place is better off out of business.

I switched to Barths after 20 years of dealing with CVS. Twice I went to pickup meds before a trip and they couldn't find.my mess. Now yiu wait on line for a half hour and you ha e to wait for someone to verify the prescription. They are a horrible business driven by profit and no customer service. Don't waste your time and go somewhat else!!!

GO TO YOUR LOCAL MOM/POP PHARMACY LIKE CUTCHOGUE PHARMACY! THEY TREAT YOU BETTER AND DON'T LOSE RX's!The same Rx that was filled a month ago cannot be found.The pharmacy is understaffed as well as the entire store. It has led to patients being treated substandardly. I have been on hold for 47.23 mins and counting... They cannot fill prescriptions quickly enough leaving people scrambling or waiting on line amidst the "attitudes" of having to wait...It is unfortunate, the NoFo is so much more populated. This is just totally unfortunate.

Says it opens at 7 am. There's a paper sign on the door that says they open at 8 am. Hours need to be adjusted on the website or employees need to open as they are supposed to.

Called because I saw online that they had rapid Covid tests available and the person I spoke to confirmed. Drove all the way to the store and the manager said they never had any and didn’t seem to care that someone is giving out false information.

A simple prescription for an ointment for poison ivy called in by physician on a Sunday not in stock and ready for pick up until late Tuesday afternoon . Other issues with this pharmacy in the past ... will not be returning . Sad because I love CVS.

Don’t understand why the pharmacy section is closed to covid.. now I’m unable to get my prescription and have to get it sent somewhere else which is very inconvenient.makes no sense at all, meanwhile the store is fully open? Good logic..
