I find it hard to believe that they don't have any Lipton tea bags here? I tried to ask both of the employees in the store and they had no answer for me why or if it was inside the store somewhere. Does anybody know how to talk or answer a question anymore? They both just gave me like a brain-dead look on their face

Cashier eating with her fingers with back to customer counter. No acknowledgement of the customer “me”. I said excuse me and she whipped around rolling her eyes, huffing and slamming down her food!! Other staff person stocking said he’d help me to her. No respect and no excuse!. Won’t be going there anymore. They need to fire her. I’m sure the owner of the store wouldn’t be happy.

TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN. The majority of the staff needs training! They don't know products that aren't barcoded, they don't understand how to clear the menus off your touch screen coffee machines. I was there this week, you have a new very young girl there that should NOT be on register. I'm constantly rung up wrong and now shorted $5 from my change. All you get is blank stares and "sorry I don't know" never a manager on duty. I get places are hard up for staff that doesn't mean you hire someone and don't train them to do the job THEY WERE HIRED TO DO!

Ordered food on the 711 app( pizza wings and a coke) door dash comes to my house with a bag of candy. I call door dash they tell me to take it up with the merchant because its through a third-party app. I call the store they tell me that the dasher grabbed the wrong food (i threaten to get cops involved becauseits a 24.35 for the order)so i go to the store mind you its a low volume hr so theres no one in the store no pre made food im the windows. i get to the store after arguing with an employee that would not give his name because he never made the food in the first place. What he did do was put some candy in a bag and handed it to the dasher witch he never gave me becausehe contacteddoor dash and they didn'tknow what to do. I would never use the 711 delivery app from this store again they tried stealing 25 dollars from me after working 16hrs and having low blood sugar heres the kicker im a diabetic and ordered the food in the first place so i wouldn't have to drive because i was afraid to becouse my levels where getting dangerously low thanks 711 night crew for risking my life

I live locally, and shop here almost daily, I Just left the Mattituck store at 2:35 pm on 4/18. The guy behind the counter was not wearing a mask, The girl was. When I asked him why he was not wearing a mask he told me hes behind the glass its OK. I told him no its not, what about the girl next to you. He said he doesn't like wearing it.Clearly the owner had given him a mask because it was right next to him. I told him to put the mask on, He said no. I said it not about you its about everyone else in this store. He looked at me blankly. I left. Guy behind me said , you are wasting your breath, He was right .This is just so wrong on so many levels

It seems people that work there during the day so r lime to wear their mask. I get they are behind glass but still put your mask on.
