When looking for something quick or you need to stop quick for something this is a good place to go. They also carry everything that you probably need at a cheaper price than other places. There are things I would never purchase from there but it still is a good spot. And when you download the app they have lots of coupons which is nice we all need to save a little bit of money here and there LOL. Every weekend and I believe it's on Saturday you say $5 off the purchase of $20 or more. It's every week and it's also on your app

I shopped there today I was very impressed with the new cashier he was verynice he also helped my mom carry a few things to the car how ever he told me some very sad stories and I felt so hurt for him I was getting choked up the way he talked about it so I hope that he gets alot of Christmas joy this holiday season . And the other guy that works there older guy he was very friendly as well I hope he gets the holiday blessing and that they both have a very happy holiday's and that they enjoy it as well

I wish they had a larger selection of kitchen supplies (utensils, spices, etc) but it's a good store to get a few basics at a decent price without driving far.

First time at Family Dollar. Seems like a good place to shop for some things if your experienced in seeking out their sales. Not a fan of the $5.00 discount on $25. Purchased on Saturday's only. Not everyone has Saturday's off for shopping.

It is good, but its really sad to see all of this garbage in front of family dollar and the Chinese place next to it. It makes the store look really bad and its horrible for our planet. People need to clean up after themselves, is there anyway this can be cleaned or maybe have a garbage can in front of the store. Its a shame.

Unfortunately the store was very warm due to the fact that their A.C. was broken so it was a little uncomfortable shopping. I got everything I needed including a 6pk of Scott paper towels for $3.50 which is a great deal. You just need the App to clip the coupon. Some of their summer clothing/shoes are up to 60% off, I got a nice pair of sneakers for $3. Overall it was a good shopping experience, good deals, all the shelves were stocked and the staff were friendly.

Great staff and the store is always stocked.Prices for Cat & Dog food/treats are very reasonable.Candy aisle is great too.They also sell cigarettes, which I hadn't known.*Milk & Eggs are the cheapest around. Download the app for great savings. $5 off of $25 every Saturday with the clipped coupon.(You must clip the coupons in the app for them to appear).

Rap music blasting from the stockroom, employees in the aisles and behind the register with no masks on and one employee seems to be in a really bad mood. Just seems like an unprofessionally ran store. Family Dollar is a great chain but there's certainly better examples in the same general area.

I went to this family dollar today. I picked up a few items. I went to the register and I asked the girl for a price check on one as there was a sale sign that I wasn't sure about. She gave me an attitude saying that will mess her register up. I asked how so. She said too many voids are bad. Really??!!! She rang everything up and the sale price didnt come up on the item I was questioning. I asked her to void it. She got upset. The manager and another angry employee came over. She said that the app is not working for this particular item. I asked if that is my fault. She says "that's not my fault either!!". I asked her to then take the sign down, she said NO. Meanwhile the manager who looked like he could be high on something said nothing. Needless to say, I left the store after telling them to void the whole transaction. I heard them snickering on my way out. So unprofessional and ghetto the whole lot there.

Selection is pretty good, probably the best family dollar I've been to. Not everything is going to cost exactly one dollar, however alot of the products here are cheaper than if you were to buy them at a super market. The staff here is quite friendly as well and go out of their way to help you out when you need it most. Don't do your grocery shopping here, but if u need simple snacks, candy, drinks, lunch items, or cleaning items this is a good place to look.

The area the store is in is a little undesirable. I felt somewhat uncomfortable going in an out. Otherwise employees are nice store well stocked. Some products are good value and some not. Typical of most stores of this type

My sister bought a pair of pajamas there that were defective and they refuse to exchange them stating they do not do exchanges or refunds on underwear and pajamas even though there is nothing posted in the store or on the receipt about that policy. It’s not a lot of money but that’s not the point. The staff was very rude and condescending. Be careful what you buy there! Will never shop there again!

Today I witnessed an employee spit directly on the ground near the outside entrance , then handed a customer the cart he was handling without sanitizing it first . Also employees did not enforce customers social distances throughout the store isles .

Never enough shopping cart's I can't carry heavy things and the purpose of a cart is for that reason but when people steal the for their own private reasons it takes away from those in need and not just in the store use but to my car I understand the need for the locks but the inconvenience of getting someone to unlock is an annoyance to the worker who is so overwhelmed as it is someone needs to come up with a better idea to monitor the carts so that their there for customers use

Prices are the same as a bigger chain department stores like Target..Walmarts prices are cheaper. Can't really call it a dollar store..only a few items I found there were a dollar.

It's a dollar store in Mastic. I'm not particularly sure what people are expecting? You're obviously not walking onto the red carpet, but it's cheap and gets you what you need. Cheers.
