The pharmacy staff couldn't be more helpful. My mother and I had an emergency and they went far above and beyond for us. I know the one staff members name was Becca but unfortunately I never got the name of the other. Incredible people, I bet they get cards around Xmas

Love the pharmacy here! Always super happy and helpful. As for the rest of the store, there seems to be alot of casual loud talk between associates, which is great,your work place should never be unenjoyable, but needs to be stopped when customers seem lost or needs help finding something.

To whom it may concern,Today, me and my wife were supposed to get tested at this Walgreens Location in Massena, NY.We had both our appointments set for 10h30 and 10h45am. We are Canadian citizen and we’re travelling to Plattsburgh, NY for a one day trip.Upon arriving at the Walgreens drive thru, the pharmacist told us, that they no longer offer COVID 19 Rapid IDNOW tests for Canadian.Now…exactly one week and a half ago, I personally did a Rapid ID NOW COVID test at another Walgreens location in Ticonderoga, NY and passed successfully. I received my results in one hour and a half. And managed to cross the border home.Now what the hell IS going on here ?Because of this, we endured a complete nightmare at the customs and may even have to pay a fine of $ 5,000.00 CAD for both of us for not having shown a proof of negative COVID19 result because we had our faith in that Walgreen test !Obviously. Someone has to pay.Please adviseDaniel Desilets

If you're in need of your medication quickly and want great customer service this is the best place to go in Massena. My daughter had oral surgery was still unconscious and needed pain meds for her before we got home. Since it wasn't something that could wait for later I stopped before going home. It was filled right away without aditude unlike across the street. Caring and understanding people with true compassion work here.
