My Scratchy lady comes here for her special shave. Paw spa is very gentle and soothing which makes for a nice calm tranquil visit. We love The Paw Spa! Since our cat loved paw spa so much we brought our dogs in for a wash too! As you can see they were handled with extreme care and had a tranquil happy experience.

Absolutely amazing, definitely made my big fluffy idiot so happy and he still smells amazing, and looks a lot better then what he did before he definitely loved it and he definitely feels so much better then what he did before. He also looks so much better then before to 😊

Our dog Winnie had the best groom EVER today!! She is 5, and has never had a beautiful groom like this before. She has anxiety, so can be a nervous dog to groom. The difference between going to a groomer with as much patience as she has is insane! World of difference. Highly recommend!!!!

Our whole fur family absolutely love coming for their spa day having Dougie, a mini goldendoodle, fully bathed, cut and nails done within an hour to hour and a half. Other places we have gone have take 5-7 hours. I just thought this was the norm. She such a joy to talk with and both our furries love seeing her. I cannot say one negative thing about her. Thank you for all your wonderful care with Mia and Dougie.

Great experience. Our puppy (Sophie) is a rescue and very scared of new places and faces, however, when we arrived at The Paw Spa Sophie was gracefully welcomed and given as much time as she needed to get comfortable with her new surroundings which led her to being well behaved and willing to be groomed. This was a great experience all around and will absolutely be going back next time Sophie needs a trim.

First time going to Tanika with my little man, Dingo. He’s a deaf Aussie Shepherd mix who loves people, but sometimes gets a little anxious going into new places. He waltzed right over to Tanika like they were long-lost friends! She did an awesome job on him, and he isn’t one who likes to brushed. Won’t hesitate to recommend her to all Dingo’s dog friends, and their hoomans!

Tanaka is an amazing groomer! My Dori is very sensitive from.beong severely abused. She loves Tanaka! As do my other babies. Bo Bear my pug and Paco the baby. They all love and she loves the hell out of them. They.alqats look amazing after seeing her and I will recommend hwe to anyone! She is truly amazing!

Tanika was wonderful!! She was great with my dog (who's like my child) she sent me pictures and made me feel good about leaving her because it was the first time I was leaving her somewhere and I wasn't liking it but Tanika did a great job reassuring me that she would be in good hands. We are happy to have found The Paw Spa in Massena! We have two big dogs that are not well socialized. We always get a perfect time well in advance so as not to cause any issues with other pets! Our dogs smell so nice after their ‘bath’ and look so cute with their fresh new bandannas!! They aren’t fond of their nails getting clipped, but they always receive a great pawdicure! We won’t take our dogs anywhere else. Top notch service and a great value!

The owner of The Paw Spa is amazing! This was our first time using her to groom our very large doodles. We have had trouble finding reliable groomers in this area since we moved up here and are beyond relieved to have found The Paw Spa. She was patient with our pups, some of whom are not fond of the groomers, kept us updated on how they were doing with texts and pictures, and loved up on them. She sat right on the floor with them, gave them lots of treats, and treated them as if they were her own. Our dogs looked amazing after their visit and weren't shaved down to nothing like past groomers have done. I cannot recommend her enough and we can't wait to be back in the future!

This place is wonderful! The prices are affordable, the hours are flexible (major plus since I work long hours all week), the shop was cute and the lady who groomed our Izzy baby was such a sweetheart! She treated Izzy so well and had her smelling and looking so good! We have found our furever groomer! 🤗
