Old people use this place to walk and others actually walk their dogs in the mall. There are only about 3 useful stores - JC Penney, Maurices and the shoe store. It is a shame what this place has become.

The only good thing left about this place is the people. The owners do not care about anything. And if it's rainy outside might as well keep that umbrella handy causes it raining on the inside to. The place is just a lawsuit waiting to happen. The ceiling tiles fall randomly from the water soaking them.

This is sadly a case study in the phenomenon of "dying malls." In the early 1990s, the mall was crowded on weekends and holidays with a full slate of stores.Now I don't understand how it remains viable enough for the owners to keep it operating.

This mall has some stores that are still holding on. Unfortunately, the place is very empty and incredibly depressing when the weather is poor. I was warned by some that photography was not allowed, I found this both ridiculous and pointless considering there are plenty of photos online and they all highlight how decrepit this place has become.That said.. The antique store in the mall has some neat things so stop by and take a look.

there is only like 5 stores left but ones that r there r not bad . there is a shoe department , were I get my shoes . Its good for a walk . If you r out an about ,I would stop.

I visited the mall recently and is a shell of its former self. Used to frequent this mall as a little kid back in the early 90's and back then they used to have Alaadins castle arcade, the merry go round, fully vacant with stores and was always packed with people. Times have definitley changed but hope that it finds its way back to being a fun place to go. Five stars for the good memories!

Growing up this was a decent mall.Why aren't these stores open during mall hours? And not just a few hours. They should be open all hours that the mall is open. It's odd to go to a mall during mall hours and nearly all of what it has for stores are closed. Went today and stores/restaurants that stated they were open online, were closed. And not to mention the poor place is falling apart, literally, parts of the ceiling are missing and/or leaking, hopefully they can fix it before its too far gone or the mall will really be donezo. We need more brand name stores. Maybe other entertainment like a Ripley's type place, an aquarium, or like destiny USA's Wonder Works? it's not the location, it's the stores. Hoping it improves but doubtful, xo.

This place deserves no stars if you can believe it or not. This Mall's parking area pot holes, huge bumps, and barely can see the outline where their is parking. On the inside theirs only 2 places to eat at 1. Is Wendy's 2. Is this Deli place not sure how long their going to last there it's fairly new. Lots of seating that's a plus, barely any customers go to this mall because their is no variety of stores or places to eat at. If I had to say theirs about 8 stores left in this mall to shop at pretty sad when I can count them on 2 hands. I understand that this is in a sorta kinda town but it's next to the Canadian border. I've seen loads of Canadians come over to shop because of low prices if they had more stores like actual Brand names come into the Mall I would make a change into my rating. Sadly stores are leaving due to the rent they have to pay to stay there which is ridiculous. The Mall's ceiling needs to be replaced, the floor needs to be replaced, bathroom's are absolutely disgusting smells like piss and other bodily fluids in there. If I had to use the restroom there, I wouldn't I would drive down the street to a taco Bell and use their restroom instead of the one at the Mall that's how bad it is. I think I only go to the St. Lawrence Mall is to get my haircut I'd give that place a 5 star for some decent cuts and polite conversation.

Deserves 5 stars for being the number one mall to be found anywhere still open with fewer than 6 stores and one restaurant ....great indoor escape to avoid snow, heavy rain or threatening wind. Place to enjoy a quiet walk and possibly see another person...generally unique and unforgettable experience ... looking forward to another visit.

I had noticed last year that this mall was a near ghost town with few shops left. However, whoever the new owners are and the new manager are have been working their tails off to improve this place and bring shops back to the mall. It's obviously starting to show as just within the past couple of weeks I've noticed more and more shops coming in. I even read an article that more shops are expected in the near future. It's exciting to see it finally starting to turn around for the better. Good work to the new owners and the new mall manager and keep up the good work.

While I will say that this place was really amazing and fun back in the day, the place now is.........pretty sad. Don't get me wrong though, the staff are friendly, the stores there are fun to check out, and the food is amazing.......but it mostly looks like a run down ghost town most of the time with dirty bathrooms and hardly any places to shop and eat on the side. I hate to admit it, but it's hard for me to recommend visiting this place to shop and have fun. However, a huge part of me wants this place to get back on it's feet with more shops and restaurants to make it the place it used to be. Here's hoping this place will be the amazing hit it was back then, otherwise it won't be long before this mall officially and sadly closes it's doors.

I wanted to get my friend who never had Wendy's eat there for the first time. We drove an hour only to find a ghost mall and old dudes wandering around as if they were selling drugs. Truly made me think I was in some post-apocalypse world. Let college student throw parties here and I'll give 5 stars

For the past few years, this mall had been devoid of shoppers. It's a large space and very clean but it is a mystery to me as to how this mall can remain open. There is a food court where teens and occasionally, young families meet to chat or have a bite to eat. Since the closure of Sears, JC Penney took on the role of anchor for the mall. You can find good deals here but it's very sad shopping in practically empty stores.

Great facility for watching lacrosse. The staff running the event were very courteous and friendly. Though, I have to say that the outside parking lot has no lights which is hard to navigate at night and makes it feel kinda sketchy. That and the fact it's attached to a practically defunct mall.

This place should be torn down Altogether, I don't know how people call this a Mall. It literally had nothing in it. Food court has 2 places you could eat at, not good choices, you either have Wendy's & another place that just opened up. I'm not sure what the other food place is and I'm not even interested. Barely any places to shop at, all you see is the empty rooms of old stores.The parking lot has pot holes, it's really bumpy, barely any of the paint left in the parking lot to know if your not taking 2 spots. I only come here for a haircut then leave. I give some of the people respect trying to put themselves out there to have themselves in this mall to increase sales but their rent is ridiculous and I feel bad for them. The malls walls, floors, and ceilings need to be replaced. This place just needs to be torn down and then rebuilt by someone who knows how to run a Mall.It's either they start adding more food places or more stores or this place should just close down for Good!If their was a lower rating, I would give it a 1/4 star for this kind of mall.

This place used to be nice when it first opened but you can hear a pin drop in there now. All I can do is look at the stains on the ceiling and imagine how much mold is up there. I bet the space where Hills used to be is a swimming pool this time of year. Unfortunately I won't be very surprised when it ends up getting demolished. :(

Unfortunately the mall has decreased in the number of businesses. The new manager is working extremely hard to revitalize the area. As a community, we need to support any events held there. Wendy's has stayed strong and is surviving the difficult times, still make the best Frosties!

Not much for shopping, i believe I counted 43 empty store fronts, i would consider this a dead mall. Only 2 places to eat in the food court. The building is very out dated. Looks like it needs to be torn down. Positive note good place for a power walk. No one to get in your way, just be careful not to trip on missing floor tiles. Lots of parking. Very sad too see a mall in this condition.

I remember when they first opened their doors, the north country was international, and exposed to great companies. The mall was a new energy for our area, that remained a best kept secret. And fell victim to all big industry closings and better wage opratunity jobs to just minimum wage. Rout 98 project needs to happen to get us connected again to bigger areas to pump life back into our best kept secret.

The mall is starting to come around again. Slowly but surely. We need to support this place the best we can. I'm glad to see that the new owners have been putting the needed efforts in to making this place better. The efforts are starting to show already. Keep up the hard work.

Ok place but very limited stores. Basically only clothing and shoe stores. Last time I was there only two 3 food choices in the food court. Vast majority of the building is empty of stores. Sad to see because 20 years ago as a kid the mall was virtually full of stores and food choices.
