Staff is excellent Jim and Keith are always a great help to me. They are good at finding a box for your shipment. I had to send an item back to Verizon and had no box. They were quick with a solution and I left quickly.

I haven't had any issues here. The parking is terrible, but I can't blame the business for this. People like to drive through the parking lot to avoid the traffic light right in front. I usually only go here as a last resort because they don't scan drop offs into the UPS or FedEx system, and I like having a consistent chain of custody with shipments.

Since my last review was deleted, I will repeat that this shop is the worst. The employees are rude, dishonest and the service is terrible. A package was shipped from this location and paid for well before Christmas. They claim that FedEx deemed it "unable to make the journey" so it couldn't be delivered. Finally got a call that it needed to be picked up and in order to deliver, would have to be paid for again. They claim they are not responsible for a refund and that is up to FedEx but FedEx was clear, The Ship It Shop took the money so they are responsible for a refund. Went to pick up the package and was told they had thrown it out but it was "magically" found in the back as soon as the attendant went to look. Ridiculous.

I gave the Ship-It-Shop a neutral rating because my only experience has been bringing returns from online shopping. Since my items were pre-paid and already boxed, I had minimal contact with the staff, and I was in the store for maybe 30 seconds each time. But they did greet me with a smile, and said thank you for stopping in.

The Massena Ship it shop, in the persons of Keith, Joe/Jim, and Kristen were pleasant and most professional from the moment I walked through the door to ship through the recovery of my insurance claim. Nothing is easy and they stood with me and by me and will remain my and my offices GO TO shipper going forward!

Unfortunately, the information here is incomplete. This location no longer will ship items for ups. We learned this when trying to send an item back to Amazon. Updating the information here would be very helpful to prevent others the same frustration.

The two kids at the counter were really rude. I tryed giving them my address and they kept at the same time asking me questions like if it was a P O box number and my name and how there is no name. I didn't get all my packages bc by then I had enough with being treated like I shouldn't expect them to do there jobs... That place use to be nice... But now it's a joke

Great spot for Canadians to have a USA shipping address so that we can take advantage of low US shipping prices and avoid trans border delays. Fast and 3fficient service whenever I pick up

When the Walgreens in Potsdam said they wouldn't ship "biological materials" (smh zoom in enough and literally every package ever is covered in "biological materials") the Ship-It Shop said...you guessed it......SHIP IT
