My wife closed her credit account with them in November of last year after paying off the balance owed and they just keep tacking fees on her account. We only ever went there one time. Now after 4 long phone calls and being hung up on 3 times we're still getting charged more and more for absolutely no services... Must have a loophole on how to legally steal money from people. Absolutely no help with the phone calls. No one in my family will ever shop there again. Recommend noone else does either unless they pay with cash only.

I came in Sunday February 7th wile traveling back home with my fiancee, I was looking for a few things and not used to the layout of this store so I asked the employee working there and she completely ignored me wile she was on her phone. I continued to get her attention and I continue to ask her the location of this product which she wouldn’t even show me where it was. After looking around the store I found it but the service was terrible. If I could rate that young girl for her customer service skills it would be 1/10 at least she could talk, she wouldn’t give me her name, was on her phone 95% of the time, sat in the back room acting as if she was trying to ignore me, Never will I walk back in this store ever again!

Came in there as usual to buy the 128oz of acetone. Some lady claiming she's been there for 4 years telling me she can't sell me it because I'm not a beauty professional?!? Then she goes and turns around and sells me the 16fl oz. When I asked her the legal reason why she can't sell me it and her answer was "it's a chemical". Last time I'm coming back there.

I am completely disgusted when I go into the store and are ignored for about ten minutes while the cashier talks to another customer about her jewelry business and then gives me false information. If you don't know the answer then say "I don't know" or find out the information! Don't give me false information.

Terrible, My gf went in there and nobody has a clue what there talking about and and one of the employees told her to end up bleaching her hair when it didn't need to be. Absolutely terrible and something needs to be done.

The women that was working gave me a developer for a blue hair dye that said not to mix with peroxide. The developer had PEROXIDE in it. It turned my hair green!
