Claims to not have gotten my refill request for 5 scripts, then tells me they got them but waiting for 3 new scripts from the Dr, they were called in Monday with a pick up for 2pm Wednesday Friday at 5 and no scripts filled. Pharmacist lies claiming never got the refill request but in the same breath says waiting for new scripts on 3 and 2 are on hold but they can work on them and have ready in 30 minutes...I already gave them 2 days extra and this woman wants to lie about the scripts...also let's not call the customer and let them know none of thier scripts are going to be ready.

Apparently if your elderly you've got plenty of time to waste sitting, a 12:15 appointment was not answered until 12:40 and in order to leave the store you have to sign off. I had to go get assistance not only to get my shot, but then had to go around and get somebody to scan the order sheet so I can sign. Apparently the person doing both was busy putting labels on plastic bottles, so, the gentleman before me had to wait and then after that she went back to the labels and I had to go back and ask her so I can get out of there after I had my shot which again I had to ask her to do.

Finally, a pharmacy I can trust and depend on.First i tried Walgreens, I ended up having a horrible experience with extremely rude staff that was so unpleasant I couldn't go back there.Then I tried rite aid, and they not only took far longer than normal, they messed up one of my prescriptions!I then realized all my hope rested on Kinney's, and man did they come through!Extremely friendly staff, who work their butts off, and are eager to assist with any questions or concerns.So anyone who reads this and needs to choose a pharmacy, save yourself the hassle and bad experiences and just go straight to Kinney's.You'll be glad you did.

The pharmacy here is very slow. It is clearly understaffed for the amount of prescriptions they have to do. When I come in to pick up a prescription that was supposed to already ready, and they tell me it's not ready and it's going to be 3 hours until it is, then you prolly need to hire some employees. Because 3 on a shift at any time, is not enough. And they are not always friendly.

Two cars in front of me at the drive thru , took over 1/2 hour to reach the window . Once at the window my RX was delivered in a few minutes . This is the third time I’ve had very extended wait times. I have always received my RX thru Kinney Drugs. Time to try Walgreens !

Rude employees!!! Wait at counter while 2 people do a money order . Just look at you and not say “ be right with you “ just snuff their nose. Hate that place. And ya. I won’t go again

I wouldnt give the pharmacy any stars!!! They are very rude and judgemental based on the medication you are on!!! They look down on certain customers and treat them very rudly!!! I've never been so dis respected in my whole life at a pharmacy!!! I get the same medication every 2 weeks and they act like it's something new everytime I go there and I have been a customer for years!!!! Poor customer service? More like NO customer service! Store workers are nice tho

I don't give this pharmacy any stars! What a horrible experience I just had! All i called was to see how many meds i had there for my son and she was very very rude and she interrupted me and then she hung up on me! I wasn't even done talking to her! I had to call back and ask again about my meds! omg! Something needs to change with this store because I have noticed i am not the only one complaining about how rude and how disorganized this place is.. Malone store at least has good customer service this one here in massena doesn't have ANY!

Pharmacy people fail to prioritize and provide any real customer service. Lack of caring goes up through district management as well. Complaints are over looked and you will be belittled by everyone. Prices in store are far above those in other retailers in the local area. How this place state open is simple. They gouge you at every turn. They even tried to charge me $5.00 for a medication measuring cup. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

The pharmacy had 7 people "working" with 8 people in the waiting area. After over a hour aftee they told me my prescription was ready, I gave up and had my prescription sent across the street. They don't seem to know what's going on.
