I like this store better than the other one in Massena. There's different items and it's not usually busy. But a couple of the staff are absolutely miserable.

Always a great store to stop and shop. The men working here have always been helpful and courteous. When my mom was still around they were always so helpful to her as she was in a wheel chair. They always made her day happy and that's what I loved about dollar General across from massena Wal-Mart

The cashier's appearance was unprofessional. He was playing on his phone as we walked in. We were given a look of disapproval as we were apparently interrupting his phone time. A smile and hello would have yielded a higher score. His time would have been better spent straightening the front of the store which was a disaster.

I was there today to pick up a few things the store is horrible theres empty boxes and full rolltainers every where nothing is organized theres a lot of merchandise that isn't properly priced I had to push the rolltainers out of the wat just to get what I needed then when it was time to cash out there was nobody to be found I hollered out but nobody was around I walked all over the store to find someone but nobody was there so I left my cart and walked out when I got in my car and started to leave I found the employee he was sleeping in a lawn chair against the ice machine hidden behind a rack of clothes I never seen such a horrible store and I've shopped at lots of them so far the best store I've been in is in malone

Fine for those "need it now, got no other options" situations. Grab a quick drink or bag of snacks. Yes, they offer more than junk food, like a mini-Walmart.

BEST ALTERNATIVE STORE W GREAT PRICES N A GREAT SAVINGS ..N U DO NOT NEED TO GO TO BIG BOX STORES AS THEY CARRY SO MANY OF THE THINGS WE NEED..I PERSONALLY LOVE THE DOLLAR SECTIONS IN EA STORE..
