I honestly don't know who people shop at Aldi's.Last month, my boyfriend and I dropped at an Aldi somewhere in New York state during our road trip. He bought some cookies that he really enjoyed and asked me to buy some more this past Sunday, as I was going to Massena with my dad.This particular Aldi did not have the cookies. I found both Aldi's really cold looking with concrete flooring, packages still in a box instead of being stacked nicely on the shelves. The signs of what is located in each section is small.When I left Aldi empty handed, I saw only two cashiers open and the check out lines were very long.

New location is very bright, open, and clean.Wish they had a bigger produce section. The majority of the store is all processed foods.Employees are inviting and helpful. Washrooms are clean and spacious.The parking lot is a bit of a nightmare. It's really rough, and close quarters.Still worth going for the savings and the ease of shopping overall.

Well, I bought green grapes that were almost tasteless along with a bag of apples that were the same (when I peeled one I could actually see the thick wax coating)After checking on line, I found the taste of fruits decline as they get older.Other staples are fine there but I will never buy fruit or vegetables there again.

Love their prices and I think some of the food is better than national brands. Took away 1 star because of the location and no phone number. I thought I had left my credit card here and found out that I couldn’t call the store to see if they had it. The Aldi’s 1-800 number states the phone numbers are kept unlisted to save money?? Anyway, I was annoyed that I had to drive all the way back there. Other than that, awesome store!!

I love Aldi. Organized and clean. Friendly and efficient employees. Fresh produce. I always leave having spent about half the money I would have spent in other stores. The only downside is that they don't carry everything I need, so I have to plan a trip to another store occasionally, but it is totally worth the savings. I shop at Aldi weekly.Review updated in March 2022:Still love Aldi and its people! The availability of more items has increased so I rarely have to get items from other locations now! The freshness of the produce has improved tremendously over the years. Also, my son loves the German chocolate and I love the dark chocolate! It's a win all around!

Grand opening was packed. The new location, confidentlyc located across the 37 from Walmart, is spacious with lots of new options. The new layout is great and it's more comprehensive and shopper friendly. Open 7 days a week, 9-8. I'm excited that it is closer, more accessible now. Parking was a little iffy, but it was the grand opening and everyone was out to shop.

I went to Aldi today and was having a hard time figuring out how to work the scale for fruit. Without having to ask an employee (I unfortunately didn't catch her name) came right over and asked if I needed help then determined it needed new batteries. She ram to get new batteries and while she was gone I realized they were also out of bags for the fruit. She ran right back to get the bags. She took care of the situation so quickly and genuinely seemed happy to help! So excited for the new location in town! Will definitely be doing more shopping there!

Regularly less busy that other Corporate grocery shopping locations, friendly staff, and clean. What is sacrificed in selection is more than made up for in low pricing. Produce can be questionable sometimes.

Went to aldi's July 29 in Massena, NY, and there were 3 Amish women in the store without a mask. Why do they get away with it. Not happy. Will speak with manager next time. They need to enforce their laws.

Went to buy 4 ad items....of course i was only able to get 1.....why advertise if you wont have items available? Wasted trip, wasted time...and i still had to go to Walmart!
