Update:They refunded the amount.I'm glad they were cooperative----‐‐--------Bought bird food from there for my cockatiel and have received old and rotten seeds. I found tiny larva/worms and I doubt they were for consumption by my cockatiel because of the state of the packaging. There seemed to be cobwebs inside as well.

Vicki is the best groomer I've dealt with in years of being a dog owner! Ive had many groomers at many places over the years. She was so kind and took the time to ask me questions about my very nervous shihtzu named Sprinkles. I immediately felt at ease with her gentle hands. I know that Sprinkles can tend to bite but I knew she was in good hands with Vicki. Vicki said she would never muzzle my dog unless absolutely necessary, which she says is rare around here. I just love her vibe, and I love that my dog comes home calm and happy! It's a big deal to me me and I'll be following Vicki forever!

For a "mom and pop" type pet store, this place seems to have a lot more in stock than most non national branded stores. My particular experience with them is buying the house made marine rope leashes. The leashes are top quality using the finest materials and the hardware is covered by a lifetime warranty.

I have used them for My Dogs for grooming and am very happy with them. They are accommodating and patient with my Weimaraner with separation anxiety. Wouldn't stop using them for my 3 dogs are comfortable with them and that makes me happy

Wonderful people. Make great recommendations when I need, and even recognize and strike up conversations with me even though I usually only buy one big bag of dog food each month. They know what food it is, and they know who my family is even though we’ve never come in together. They do what they can to save me money, and to always give me what’s best for my dogs. Went in as a new customer and had my dog get a flea bath and nails cut and ears cleaned. She had a hot spot that was caused by her scratching. The staff and Robert, the owner went above and beyond to fit my dog in today. She was very well taken care of and I will be going back again.

This place is excellent. They have the best priced dog food. They even beat the big name companies. The only benefit to going with a big named company is the auto shipping. But if you want to save money go here. Also the staff is very nice. It's always a pleasure to do business here.

very sad place for small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, etc. they are innately prey animals and are in tiny, unsafe cages. they are surrounded by loud barking dogs (obviously not the dogs fault) but just a sad life for small animals here. i’m sure they specialize in dogs mainly. also the workers were making crude comments about a woman.

This place is horrible. They shaved my bishon all the way down to his skin who is perfectly well kept, and a 13 year old dog, who is brushed twice a week and is very well maintained, due to “matting”. I know he was not matted because I brushed him right before he was taken. They also took it into their power and didn’t call me before they made the decision to shave all of his hair off. They cut both of his ears and he has at least four other cuts on his back due which haven’t healed two weeks later. I have had to cover him in blankets every night because he is shivering... A 13 YEAR OLD DOG CAN GET VERY SICK THIS WAY. This place is a disgrace and I will never be going back there ever again, when I said something to them the manager was very rude and so was the women who shaved all of his hair off. BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG THERE!

There were lots of dogs here that were crying terribly in small cages. I understand that they go there to be groomed but that was no types of condition to leave these animals in and who knows how long they have been in these cages. It is unprofessional and please be aware of the conditions you leave your dogs in. Also the fish were in terrible conditions there any separate tanks for the fish it was just wrong.

Overpriced on basically everything!!! If you want to waste money go here. Got a 14 lbs fresh step cat litter for 15$. Menawhile petco and chewy you can get 22lbs of litter for the same price. Kong toys at Petco depending on toy size 12-20$. For a small kong toy at this store 17$. RIP off

Get my dogs groomed here and they do a great job for a reasonable price. I also like how they call right away for pickup and local to me so I don't have to worry about leaving them for a long time.

They have a fairly wide selection of dog/cat foods as well as avian & reptile food to choose from. I saw a California king snake having lunch while shopping there. I didn't do a full tour there, but, it's a family operation and the owner seems to really know his products. 4 stars only because I didn't survey the whole store to observe all departments.

My dog gets here haircuts there.They have a great groomer. Also have anything you need for your animals.Make sure before you leave that you check the dogs nails are cut correctly.
