I’m always happy with my pups grooming here. He looks great and smells amazing. Everyone here is so caring and I’m happy I chose this facility to groom my pup. I also come here to give my pup baths by myself. I find it so easy as the tubs are high and the blow dryer is so powerful and fast.

They are great. Very accommodating they were able to get us in same day. I have been bringing both of my dogs here for about a year now..for baths and lion cuts. I will continue bringing them here. They always look and smell great :)

The worst experience! They butchered my 5 month old aussiedoddle! Not only did they completely disregard what we asked for but even the cut they gave her was nothing to be proud of. We asked for a facial trim , paws and private areas and nothing else. What we got was a complete buzz all around and when we asked why this was we got different excuses. One was that she was " slightly matted" in a small spot and they didn't wanna traumatize her, another was that the groomer didn't speak English and the final one was that we had apparently asked for a summer cut. When we complained the groomer stated that she was sorry but " it is what it is and hair grows back" was the response we received. Unfortunately my dog looks the way she does and I am stuck dealing with it but I do not recommend anyone go to this groomer.

The staff is very nice and friendly. They took care of my dog very well. First time ever having a dog did not know what to do and they took care of him. Wash him bathe him cut him and also cut his nails

I was looking for so long to find a good groomer for my mini golden doodle and I’m so thrilled that I found the perfect place to bring my baby. They’re so nice and very professional, I really love bring my Cali there. Highly recommend, I promise you won’t be disappointed and Melanie is so nice.

My little girl always looks exactly how I want her too and the groomer and the receptionist are so friendly and sweet and I believe treats my baby the same way I would they are amazingly sweet to her

Very helpful clean. Would be great if there was a place to dry your pup instead of a wet tub. Should be able to take out of tub and bring to a stall to dry and brush your pup. Hope this is helpful. Not negative. Just an idea. All the stalls were empty when I was there. Would be great to move over to a stall to do the drying and brushing.

They took such nice care of my Sadie. Her haircut is adorable. She even came home with a cute bow collar. The front desk girl was really nice and informative and let you know ahead of time what to expect. Great experience overall!

Great place. I have a very nervous dog. She goes in with very little resistance and comes out Prancing about. She looks so beautiful . They really take such good care of her . All of the staff is kind and caring. I highly recommend them! My favorite is her bandana and she wears it proudly until it falls off . Thank you!

This was the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a groomer. I’ve been a loyal customer for a 2 years but this experience influenced me to never return again.When I arrived at Bones Bath and Beyond for my 12pm appointment, they told me that my dog did not have an appointment when I did indeed havee on and got multiple reminders about the appointment. She then proceeded to tell me that the appointment would take longer than usual but should be done by 5pm. At 5pm, I still heard nothing from the groomer so I decided to call and at that point my dog was still not groomed. I said ok and can she please be groomed by 6pm as I had something at 7pm (as it is a Saturday night and grooming normally doesn’t take 7 hours). At 6pm, she was still not done and told me it would be another 30 minutes. When I arrived at 6:30, she was STILL NOT DONE. She was finally done at 6:40pm, her hair was blotchy and did not match the cut that I asked for. I wanted her hair shaved however it is still longer. I am extremely disappointed in this experience and this is the second time I’ve had this much of a negative experience. I will not be returning and will also tell friends to avoid this place at all costs.

2nd time I’ve been to BB&B and again they were wonderful. Super nice staff and very accommodating. Especially since I have a 14 yo 85lb dog with geriatric issues.Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I brought my dog to Bones Bath & Beyond for the first time for a dog wash. Melanie was amazing took care of everything and even took pictures my baby Layla a one-year-old yellow lab she loved everything except when I tried to brush her teeth but they Supply you with absolutely everything all you need to do is bring your dog. Top-notch establishment excellent service we will be back thank you.

Will not be returning. We have been coming for years and have never had a problem. All of a sudden the last two times we are being charged extra for matting or that he needs to be cut very short. The dog is brushed daily and my husband spent 20 min brushing him before he took him to the appointment. He is 5 years old and we have never had a problem with matting or being charged extra until now.I will edit to say that the groomer was very sweet and came out to explain why the extra charge was necessary. I do not blame the groomer herself but I do believe that the policy has changed in some way in the last two years we have been going there.

warning! they charge storage fee for keeping your pet if you don’t come in on time to pickup without giving you a heads up that there’s additional fee. meanwhile, pet was just on leash in a nook so what’s the fee for?!

UPDATE:My pup had a grooming today and he came home looking so good. He is always in such a good mood after visiting BB&B. All my thanks to the staff for taking good care of my boy! 😃-------I've been taking my golden retriever to BB&B for over a year. They provide excellent grooming services and my pup always comes home looking and smelling amazing. The owners and staff are all very kind, and I feel safe leaving my pup with them.

Excellent experience ! Was able to bring my 6 year old to help wash the dog and she enjoyed it also. It’s definitely work but they had everything you may need. I’ll be back. Good price too.

Absolutely pawfect!! ;) I was looking for a new groomer in the neighborhood and so glad I came across them! They had wonderful reviews and had to try. Booking an appointment was super easy and the place it’s self is very cute, clean and the front desk women was so sweet! They keep the dogs in a playpen separate from each other and not in cages which is important to me. When I went to pick up my dog, check out was a breeze and it was probably one of the best cuts my dogs ever had! I’m so happy I found this place and I will most certainly be back! Thank you for such a wonderful experience and for taking such great care of my pup! :)

Melanie is an outstanding individual, her customer service skills and client engagement should be a guide for many companies and businesses to go by, I simply love her personality and it’s a joy to come in with such a smiling face greeting you at the desk and being so patient with you as you do your private dog wash. I will stress that you never want to get rid of her, a breath of fresh air and customer service, and very knowledgeable and pleasant at the same time.

Was my first time this morning. Did a Self Wash. I was very impressed with the place. Very clean. It was like my fur baby GSD and I were in a 5 star dog resort/spa 😊. Most of all, Melanie is very professional, accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this place highly.
