Prices are a little high for the area, but they have a broad selection of food for a small town and an impressive variety of beer. Staff are great especially if you are nice to them

Decent supermarket situated in the Catskill ski area. It was a 15 mins drive from where we stayed. Had everything we needed. Nice cash register lady. And CVS is right next door.

Would be beat place to shop locally if their prices weren't so high in everyday items for the local public. Food choices entertain the tourists in summer and ski seasons. Nit affordable for local public.

I find what ever I need whenever I am there and you can always find a good selection of health-food too.

Rude staff, products on the cusp of expiration.I’m not feeling well, so I went to get things for soup, and to grab a gallon of milk. I had to dig to find milk the doesn’t expire within the week. I’m shaking at this point, and just want out of there quickly. The cashier was rude. No greeting, scoffed and exchanged glances with some older yup behind me in line. Quickly unlocked my debit card to pay. She asked, very quietly, if I had a phone number. I replied with “I’m sorry?” So she rolled her eyes, scoffed again, then giggled like a television style mean girl, and repeated the question. I assumed she meant for some sort of loyalty things, and said no. She rolled her eyes again and said “ohhhkayyy” I scan my card, put in my pin. She just stares at me. I’m shaking so much I’m having trouble getting my card into my wallet. She rudely says “uh, you have to approve the purchase” I scramble to hit yes on the keypad. The woman behind me is laughing and they’re both shaking their heads. I say “Im sorry. Thank you, have a nice day” and dip. As soon as it’s the woman’s turn behind me, it’s all smiles and greetings. They proceed to discuss me as I make my way out.I thought I was shopping, not going back to seventh grade. I recommend making the drive to a bigger town, where products are fresh, and there isn’t the uncomfortable podunk false superiority atmosphere. I avoided going here because I haven’t heard good things. This clinched it.

Pretty good selection of goods for a store so far from a larger municipality. I dislike that you can't really speak to a butcher but that's just me. They have all the staples and that's about all you can ask for.

Call before you go to the deli. They sometimes close very early without notice.

Absolute rip off. I could shop anywhere in Westchester and get a better deal!!! The food is absolutely nothing special. The only good thing is the bakery department the fresh bread and bagels are their saving Grace

Pretty decent local grocery store. I like to shop for produce and meat in person. Prices on meat are very reasonable. Usually well stocked shelves and super fast check out. The only down side is small aisles. Best to shop on weekdays in early part of day. Convenient parking lot in back of store.

Clean, bright and well-stocked small grocery was a great place to get shop during a recent trip to Margaretville. There was a good selection of local products, nice produce, and good meats. Lots of useful seasonal items too including flowers (got some nice potted mums), firewood and fall favorites. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Terrible shopping experience. A lot of outdated food, and the staff is terribly rude. Also the bathrooms are filthy and they have staff members in there drinking alcohol , the one older woman with glasses was drinking alcohol in the bathroom. Why is this allowed? Never again.

Good local market with fair prices compared to NYC. I really like that they carry Genesee beer and Archway cookies, and the store made biscuits are to die for, if you heat them in the oven for 10 minutes. They also sell broccoli and chicken wings and the cashiers and staff are not rude!

Awfully high prices, spent $54 on 10 pack fireball, two frozen pizzas, a box cake, a Butterfinger candy bar, and small bag of frozen French fries. seems like a lot. The cashier was sweet though. Nice guy!

Nice market, good assortment of groceries. The staff is friendly, the deli makes good sandwiches.Sometimes the lines are a bit long, not sure about bathroom availability, but otherwise no issues really. A nice reliable supermarket.Busier on weekends!

They don’t offer complementary ice like other good grocery stores. I asked the person at the Deli dept & he didn’t have an idea of what I was talking about and had no interest in finding out so I wanted to speak with the manager but the woman at customer service didn’t want to call him, she said we could talk to her. So in trying to explain to her our need for ice and no one could solve the problem, another guy finally said “if I open a bag of ice for you, I’ll loose money on the bag” he didn’t care loosing a client or the sale of the meat, which was expensive,

The prices are way to high for the locals, The workers are not friendly at all, like you're putting them out of their way by going in their line.

As if prices at this store were not high enough, I have been over- charged a number of times. Today the person I assume is the manager gave me an argument even though I did the math for him on his own calculator. Eventually, he slapped the money I was owed down on the counter and stormed off. Of course, there was no apology. The man in line behind me said he has experienced being overcharged ten times this summer and was also there for a refund. I don't know why this happens, but I do know that if I walked out of the store with an item without paying for it, I would be guilty of theft.

A good solid supermarket. It has everything you need. A well stocked bakery, with decent bagels for upstate. And a decent selection of local items. Their produce selection while not bad should have more local items given its location.

Staff is very helpful. The cashier though. Maybe it was a long day. Was a little bit harsh but they had everything that we wanted. Everything looked pretty fresh. I would definitely go back

Good size supermarket well stocked and clean. Plenty of cashier's too so no long lines, customer oriented. Plenty of parking. If they were any better I couldn't afford to shop there!

When I lived in the area this was my go to supermarket for food shopping. Sometimes there was a bit of a line but it always went quick.Full supermarket with everything you want from meat to fish and everything in between. I don't really price check much so not sure what their prices were compared to other markets in the area but I never really raised an eyebrow about anything. Unless you are looking for a ton of organic products or speciality items they will have it.
