Workers can’t seem to do their job, they’re always outside. If you go in there an hour before close, they’ll nag you with the “I don’t wanna be here” “I can’t wait to get out of here”. Stood in line for a good 20 minutes. Yikes.

The place is a mess. Boxes laying out in the middle of labes, no room for charts, and shelves are disgusting. Plus with only 2 employees, waited 20 minutes to check out and then they had prices missed labeled and tried to over charge for items. They would not honor the prices when clearly it was tagged. This place needs to new management clearly

I'm not sure if these grocery stores are going down fast due to neglect,mismanagement or lack of employees. Again..like some of the larger retail shops that we visited lately this is equally disappointing. The store looks like a corner café from years back..stuff everywhere..shelves empty as if looted and boxes in the Isles still to be unpacked. Dollar general used to be the 'go to' store for anything and everything..it has great value for money as usual..if you can find what you need.. or you need to get out as soon as possible. The few staff around were friendly and helpful at least.

Store may not look as good as it has that last few months but its totally understandable considering they are getting ready for a remodel next weekend. I have been to other stores that have no remodel and it looks worse than this one. I understand that things "look" out of place to the outside when big changes are occurring. Some people just need to realize this and be patience with the staff as they go through this as it is out of their hands.

They have a nice variety of oil monster drinks and a few Gatorade things that you may not find in other stores. it's very good and clean store the only thing I don't like is the overstock section says we need to check the dates for expiration not the employees... So just be careful on your discounted items other than that send it

The store has come along way. Changes take time and so far the REAL manager seems,to care and actually like her job. I always get greeted and asked if I could be help when coming to the store. If I can't find something they seem ready to help. I always have a good visit when I'm there.

The customer service is not terribly bad, some of the women working here are helpful, and good mannered. However I purchased paper towels the other day, and they smell of fabric softener or some brand of a laundry detergent or even possibly air refreshments.

I haven't been in a DG store that was orderly with uncluttered aisles. This one is typical. But they offer a wide range of name brand products at the lowest prices around. Shop for cleaning products and plastic containers here.

Boxes everywhere shelves a mess. The assist manager swears at people. Knocks over stuff an yells at people. It's become nothing but a headache to go there. And the lines are so long. Only 1 register open an when you ask for help they don't. Alot has changed in a year. Used to be a nice place to go. With nice people.

I was in today 2019 3 24. Trying to return a candle because it would not stay light after using. The blond woman younger said she cannot accept the candle because it was opened. She said she was the store manager yet she knew nothing about the return policy the then so called store manager needed to ask another person whom was not a manager what their return policy is. The candle was defective. I was able to switch the product however as I purchased another item the same woman was very rude the blond. Never said the cost of the item. Never said boo the entire transaction. She also never bagged the item. If this woman is a manager that is scary as customer service is another language to her.

The Dollar General staff is always friendly and professional. And now in these times of the pandemic , their courtesy and professionalism shine as they wear their masks which shows customer respect even more.

Not in good shape. Place has fallen apart in the past 2 months. Looking for pretzels. Guess where the r on the top shelf in boxes. Not happy.

A good cheap place to stop and pick up milk, cereal, drinks, etc. Not for large grocery shopping but they do have a lot and I won't shop at nearby store because of the outrageous prices.

A necessary evil now that all of the mom-and-pops are pretty much gone. If you need something for the house or car you can probably find it here. Like a miniature Walmart.

This store is a disaster. Everything from the water to food products smell of air freshener and fabirc softener. Why are food items being stored near air freshener and fabric softener? Very dirty store
