We can't say enough great things about boarding our dogs at Wags. The staff is always so friendly.and helpful. Our dogs are so excited to see their friends again and start wagging their tails and getting excited form the second they see the building. Whenever we call to check on them, they are happy to give us an update. From the very first time we boarded there, it was clear by the phone calls that they spent a lot of time with our dogs as they described their personalities and quirks quite well. We have boarded there several times. The dogs are always happy and healthy when we pick them up. It has become more like bringing them to spend time with trusted family members. We will never board anywhere else. Give them a chance and you will feel the same way.

Our two Chihuahuas stayed here this past week when we went on an extended trip and we are super happy that we chose Wags! The staff are super friendly and made me feel at ease that our doggies would be taken care of. We picked up the dogs and they look like they were at their second home! We will use them for all of our trips in the future.

Would highly recommend Wags! Our dogs stayed here for the first extended trip recently and seemed to really enjoy it. We checked on them often and were vary happy with how they took care of our little guys.

Wags is the best! Our dog is a handful and a half. Truthfully we don't trust him to behave if left with friends or family. Wags is our go to! The professional and knowledgable staff give us confidence that our dog is being well taken care of. He loves the place so much, it is difficult get him to leave. If you want peace of mind when leaving your fur babies for a weekend or longer, this is the place to go!

My dog remembered this place from the last time he had gone there and was pulling me from my car to the door to get in, he was so excited! I love that my mind can be at ease knowing he is having fun while we are away on vacation.

We were nervous to bring our yorkie to a kennel at all, but Wags was absolutely wonderful. Our dog had been attacked a few months prior when we had taken her on a walk, so we were nervous to leave her anywhere but with us. When we told the owner our concerns, they were so patient with us and let us watch her for a bit with the other dogs. They also let us call any time to check up on her, and they posted pictures on their facebook page. The facilities are clean, and the care taken was to a high level. It's a great family business where you can tell they love what they do and treat each dog as their own.

We have been taking our Rhodesian Ridgeback there for about 4 years. Since then we rescued a Coonhound mix about 4 years ago so both of them get to stay together. All I can say is Arlo (the Ridgeback) gets all excited when we get there. And Annie just follows along. I would highly recommend Wags.

Just had to Board my two baby girls for the first time. They were rescued a few years ago and I have always been nervous about this day. Just want to thank everyone at Wags, not only do they have great facilities, and an attentive staff but they really took the time to ask questions and understand the needs of the dogs, ohh and I called them an hour and a half before they closed on a Sunday, needed them there till next Sunday and, No problem!! Thank you guys!

Terrible experience. Over $250 vet bill from our dog being dehydration and severe urinary track infection. Symptoms as soon as we got home from picking her up after 5 days of boarding. She has always been very healthy. Wags notified. Not concerned. Beware.

This review is for the grooming salon.... BEST GROOMING EVER!!! My 13 year old White Golden looks like she's 3 with perfect feathers and siky soft and my Frenchie is so soft with nice clean ears. We honestly could not be happier! THANKS!

This review is for the indoor dog swimming pool. My dog Mojo has IVDD and lost the use if his hind legs due to nerve damage. At the advice of our Therapist, we have begun taking Mojo to Wags once a week for swimming as part of his at-home care. The owners are very nice, this is a family-owned business and they run a clean and comfortable facility. This winter has been brutal but they keep the swimming room warm and comfortable so it hasn't stopped us! Mojo is doing better every day and I am sure incorporating the swimming into his regimen has helped.
