Even though I don't live in New York anymore I spent more than 40 years going to Nojaims, and I think they will be sorely missed. They have the best meats and Deli sandwiches around and always had jobs for the local kids . Too bad.

This neighborhood supermarket is a gem. Try their meat market and the prepared-food section. Also, they prepare excellent subs for a very reasonable price.

This is a very convenient place to shop for local Marcellus residents. The prices are competitive and there is a decent selection of everything. However, some of the employees are rude. Very rude. How about a "thank you" when a customer leaves with their groceries? How about acknowledging a customer with a friendly "hello"? I believe a refresher course in basic manners is in order for some members of the Nojaim's staff.

Do not buy produce here! It’s what everyone else rejected.Check expiration dates-I mistakenly bought coffee with an expiration date the following week. It’s usually a year out. It tasted bad so returned it. They actually argued with me but I won.Many items are not in computer as marked down so take a photo.Their mark down prices are what used to be their already higher than most prices but less than a month ago.

I didn’t expect that they had local craft beers and kept them in the fridge! They had Thinman as well. Just check the canned dates before you get them.

Our whole family shops here, driving from a neighboring town with a “big box” supermarket. The prices are competitive and we are supporting a locally owned, family business. The quality is better, the service is better, and the employees might not know you by name, but they recognize you when you walk in. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

Always great deals on meats. The deli selections are delicious and friendly staff. Produce is always fresh though a little over priced for my taste as well as pantry items. Over all if you are looking for a good deal stick to the outside isles.

I love this store! They have very friendly staff, a good meat selection, and a pretty good variety of beer for you to chose from. A hidden gem about this place is they also have a movie rental box at the front that usually has the movies before redbox has them. Their hot food in the back at the deli counter is always on point if your on the run. What else can you say? It's a better experience at a local hometown store.

We have in house butchers who cut meat fresh daily, a great beer selection, fresh local produce, an excellent deli featuring hot foods, boarshead cold cuts, wraps and subs as well as friendly employees and excellent customer service. If it not at Nojaim's, I probably don't need it anyway. My go to store for the past couple of decades. No long lines, friendly and helpful staff and no need to find a bonus card to save. Weekly specials are good. Meat is still some of the best around. Need a special cut or grind? Just ask them. Some items might be a few cents more, but what you save in the meat dept makes it come out even.

I've not shopped here, since they moved to Marcellus. I was looking for the deli potato salad, but it didn't look too great, I passed on this. Generally, the store looks adequate, it is no Wegmans, and the low prices reflect this. I ended up getting the potato salad in Nedrow.

The best small town market available. The only 2 problems are A woman named Jan or something like that and a guy named Bob in the deli, very angry and rude people. thankfully there was a shorter lady name Mel i think her name was if I overheard correctly. She was extremely nice and had a great sense of customer care. Do not let that deter you from how spectacular the place is.

Do not buy any ground meat products from these guys. They re-grind days old meat that should just be thrown out. It never lasts 4 hours, smells bad and tastes awful. Their chicken is suspect as well. I don’t want to think about the fish. Their produce is absolutely terrible. If you’re going to buy anything, stick to can and prepackaged goods. Always check dates and buy with caution. Avoid whenever possible.

Their produce selection is small, and the fruits and vegetables are of poor quality. ALWAYS check expiration dates here. There have been many times where we buy something and then find it is expired and no good when we get home. We usually find at least 1 expired item everytime we go there. Their meat department is pretty decent. But, again, beware of short dated items. All of the staff are friendly.

Great local grocery store. When I moved here I expected them to be significantly more pricey than the larger chain stores, but I was pleasantly surprised. Good prices and good products. I recommend the Hudson Farms eggs... from right down the road in Elbridge.

Nice little shop with good prices. The sandwich shop makes a good sub. Sometimes their own branded meats can be off, but the name brand stuff has always been good here.

Best small supmarket in CNY. They have their own butchers and great meat specials every week. Lots of products you won't find at wegmans or tops. Excellent beer selection. Also has the best rotisserie chicken in CNY.

Everyone is usually very nice but the cashier had an attitude. The customer before me had her change dropped ( by the cashier not on purpose) she didn't even offer a "I'm sorry" or can I help you get that. When she handed me my change she "slapped" it down into my hand. Maybe she was having a rough day but you still need to be somewhat professional.

This is a great store. You will be surprised at the selection. The deli is what Wegman's wishes it could be. Checkout is fast and friendly and no loyalty cards needed.

Love to shop at Nojaims. I'm grateful for all of the extra help they have given me over the years for graduation parties, showers and weddings. It's also fun because usually when you go there you'll see someone that you know. Many thanks to them for everything!

Only stop if you will use the meat that night anything past the day you bought it spoils so fast it cant be healthy. I go to walmart buy the same stuff last 3x as long but if I buy from these guys it spoils within 3 days

Convenient, friendly service, large enough to have everything you need, small enough so you can find it. The quickest grocery checkout in Central New York. A great place to shop for all your weekly needs, or to run in for a head of lettuce, quart of milk, or a six-pack of whatever. We're lucky to have Nojaims in our community. The woman who made the subs in the deli was quite rude , did not provide welcoming service and made us feel very off . The subs are pretty great but the service and attitude of the deli workers needs some work .

NO STARS. Very poor staff member. Followed customer while he shopped and harassed him for not having a mask although his shirt was over his face. Then waited for him to get to checkout and take his stuff out of his hands and tell him he can not buy without a mask all while his shirt was still on his face! Very sad that management backed this and allows it to happen. Harassment charges should of been filed on this employee..

Owner Rich Nojaim entirely unwilling to consider 25+ year customer’s side of dispute with employee due to belligerent employee behavior. Hung up during phone conversation regarding rectifying dispute where he accused me of lying about details of incident. 0 stars would be too many. This business will defend offending employees against loyal customers’ legit grievances with fierce obstinence.
