Donated a duck to them, paid a fee for them to take it and when we returned this year and asked if our 2 kids could visit for 10 minutes, we were told that they would have to buy full priced tickets. We weren’t staying for the day, they just wanted to look at her. Simple compassion or understanding would have gone a long way. Instead my wife paid the $40 and spent the 10 minutes looking at the duck and left with the kids. I would have donated something If they were let in or asked for something to help with future care. We never got the opportunity, we were just told NO. Nice.

Beautiful place. We had to find a new home for our guinea fowl. Couldn't have found a nicer home for them. They can run around on archers with their new flock now. Family run, very neat and clean, a great fun place to visit.

Great. Definitely recommend. not crowded. no crazy lines. And we went pumpkin picking right after down the roa . Fed baby goats and pig . Sooo many animals. many play grounds for kids different age group . Plenty of places to sit and eat or rest. Many hand wash stations. We loved and enjoyed it. Will definitely make it tradition.

My family had donated our beloved pet duck to them a year prior and had to pay for them to even take it. After my two younger siblings had continuously begged to come back to visit the duck, my parents finally agreed to make the trip. When they all arrived, they explained the situation and asked if it would be possible to see the duck just for a few minutes then leave. They were told "No" very flippantly and were forced to pay the full price of $40 for only 3 out of the 5 of them of them to simply see their former pet and then leave five minutes later. There was no sympathy for two kids who wanted to see their pet duck.I would not recommend this facility to anyone with a family due to the lack of compassion and basic humanity.

Great place for families, specially if you have small children.Animals are healthy and well looked after. Grounds and facilities are clean. Parking on-site. Will return with my family.

Such a fun place if you love animals. Friendly staff, lots of walking but you don't realize it when you busy playing with and looking at all the animals. Prices aren't bad either

The Ecology Center was closed which the website did not state when the hours were checked. All other similar businesses are currently open as the co-vid restrictions have been changed. Wasted our time driving there. The website should reflect that they have remained closed.

Great place to go with little children, all the animals are within short distance, easy to pet. Being able to feed them and bottle feed little animals. We'll definitely go back again.
