It is mostly a good experience. A medication I take went out of stock and I'm feeling the effects. This shouldn't happen. The store wouldn't get in touch with other stores to see if they had stock, and they told me to do it. Not good customer service. Seriously thing about changing pharmacy in the near future.

The new layout of the store is atrocious. I've never struggled more to find simple items in any establishment. It's actually stressful and anxiety provoking to navigate the oddly angled aisles. The staff are friendly and the pharmacy is great but the store design is absolutely ridiculous.

I have been going to cvs pharmacy for so many years. they continue to ruin my prescriptions to the point that I have to wait a full day to get them. it’s ridiculous that when i expect my medicine to be ready, it isn’t. I get a text message that it’s ready and it still isn’t. cvs is disgusting with organization in their pharmacy.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about, pharmacy is always very helpful and prescriptions are quick. I've never had an issue here. Picked up prescriptions at least 20 times over the past few years.

It's my Primary Pharmacy because the knowledgeable and friendly people that work there go above and beyond to make each visit whether in store or at the drive through stress and drama free. It's my go to place for everything!
