Was there last night .. only self check was open which is fine but they were not working.Finally one was working. Very unorganized and not accommodating manager. Associate named Becca was helping everyone get checked out, very pleasant young lady. she should be the manager!!!

The guy who organizes the produce is A1.this guy does the job like no other setting up displays.produce has to look good to sell keep up the good job .you deserve the wage and position you seek👍👍👍👍🤘

Watch the Salads i purchased a small chicken tender salad with a sell by date of 6/19. Got it home and the majority of the lettuce was already red..no way that salad would stand a chance by the 19th 😄never again and the bathrooms are always disgusting !

Unfortunately I encountered the rudest cashier tonight. Her name was Moth and while scanning my 5 groceries she was simultaneously scrolling on tiktok. She wouldn’t let me use my Tops Bonus Club card, and when I asked her why she told me nothing was on sale, which was a lie! I paid for my order and she threw my bread and receipt at me!! So unprofessional.

Since moving to Manlius this has become my go to grocery store, it is much less hectic than Wegmans with shorter lines and easier parking. Prices are OK depending on what you’re getting, they have coupons in their ads that are often great deals. Staff are noticeably nicer and more helpful here than at previous tops that I’ve been to. Both staff and customers here are always masked which is appreciated.

The store is convenient and has a local feel to it. I am always able to find what I am looking for. I do avoid frozen items at this location because there have been several occassions when there was evidence that frozen food had thawed and then refrozen. We also have had problems finding good quality fresh fruit and vegetables on occasion.

This is a smaller Tops than I'm used to. Some of the product selections are limited and there's no pharmacy inside like at many other stores. Produce is usually pretty fresh though and their bakery is better than others. Fried Chicken (which is usually awesome) tastes like fish frys (so same oil, no cleaning, and no warning about cross contamination).

This store has been around for decades, first as P&C until Tops purchased many of the stores. I was a regular from 1995 until 2015, when I moved. I have returned perhaps a dozen times since then.It is a basic supermarket where I liked everything I purchased there except for their potato salad. (So, I didn't buy more of that.)I always found the employees to be friendly.Of note, I noticed they hired 2 people of low intelligence and gave them jobs that fit their skill level. It appeared to me that they worked hard and did their jobs well. Kudos for giving them a chance to be successful.

My fault stop to pick up a couple of things. I ordered a pizza cheese, pepperoni, sausage 18.00 I could have gone to a real pizza shop! I do like the store and will keep shopping , but no more pizza !

Tops DEFINITELY has the best deals on food in the Syracuse area. You can get great discounts using their rewards program, as well as discounts off of gas. For small trips needed trips to a grocery store, my wife and I have started to go to Tops more often than some of their competitors because we can find great parking, good deals, and get in and out quickly. The staff has always been very helpful and polite, which goes a long way.

This is the second time being on a phone call with a resident , where the butchery staff goes off on them about meat products he asked for , but he buys it there every week . Either someone needs product training with some manners or learn how to say something is out of stock .

Dibbles Inn has come a long way in the past 8 years since David Stirpe has taken over. He does everything first class but affordable. All three of the main rooms are wonderful done, especially the silver garden room. If you are having a wedding in the area you should check them out not just the reception, but do the whole thing all in one place. David and his staff will make sure to take good care of you.

Been to one tops you have been to them all . Has everything always priced higher than other stores . The staff was youthful , lots of banter amongst back and forth iOn the lanes but were nice during my checkout

The people are nice for the most part. Managers are nice to customers, but are rude to their own staff. Organics is typically all expired, and costumers are left to pick moldy fruit.

I went Tops on Monday and Tuesday and had great customer service. Wednesday not so much. Different person She was a bit rude and snippy. Guess I won't shop on Wednesdays

This is a great little grocery store. They have a good selection for its size. They also have a great deli/quick food area in the back with all of the chicken/pasta/deserts/etc you need for dinner.

Produce isn't usually all that great. I watched a lady at the deli counter blow her nose and continue working like it was nothing. They have 4 u-scans that between 4-7 pm you usually have to wait in line to use.

Another tops were you feel like you just got robbed. In general, all tops hire warm body's and most cashiers have no personality. Friendly markets??? Time to close.

It's an alright store. Most of the employees are friendly and remember you. The prices are a little high and the employees that suck REALLY are rude and awful. Once you get to know the store it's easy to avoid them.

This market is clean well organized and has good deals if you pick up a flyer on your way into the store. Deffinately recomend getting a tops card and app for saveings.

Tops is getting quite the monopoly and their prices reflect that! In Camden where there is no other supermarket they can pay nearly double as in Rome!
