I am so pleased with Manlius Groomery. Dawn is so caring and does a beautiful job grooming my 8 month old Cavalier. Never having had a long haired dog before, I have many questions and she answers them so well. My little guy is so handsome when she is done and does not have to wait long for me to pick him up. I highly recommend them.

Perhaps the difference is they actually care about the dogs. It's not just another one that needs grooming. it's their friend. One of the girls has actually found lumps on a couple dogs and that enabled the owners to get them to the vet and get their proper treatment thus saving their lives by finding something quick. That is the caring person.All of the staff care about the animals and the families. You shouldn't really come on about the business going on inside if your incident was outside the place. You don't know what a bunch of caring people they are. Try it you'll like it and so will your dog.

Manlius Groomery takes wonderful care of dogs! They maintain a very clean, calm environment for them, which reflects so well on how caring the staff is. Caroline has always provided great service for our dog. He always came away looking great, and the option to bring him in between cuts for extra nail trimming is very helpful. Highly recommend them!

I have tried all of the groomers here and they are all fantastic! They are so good with my shy, nervous little rescue - so patient and really put her at ease. She actually wags her tail and happily greets the groomers when we go! She always looks great when done and they are fast and don't leave her sitting around while they do other dogs. Prices are reasonable too! Love them!

The best groomers in town! Heidi the owner is professional and has a clean shop and the friendliest staff. I have been going to Dawn one of the groomers for 10 years. She grooms all of my German Shepards some are long hair and some short. They are so sweet with all the dogs and everyone knows all dogs not just their clients. The shop is very clean and I love seeing all the dogs and how the groomers interact with them. They are all loving towards the animals. The prices are perfect and they always do an amazing job! Highly recommend!

Our two rambunctious Cardigan Corgis have been groomed at Manlius (formerly Caz) Groomery for 5 years. They have very different coats, skin-types and personalities. I always know they are safe, groomed with specific expertise and love. Their coats, nails, ears, etc. are in excellent order when I pick them up and they’re obviously cheerful with their groomers.

We LOVE Dawn at Manlius Groomery! Our shih tzu, Barkley, runs to the car when I say ‘Let’s go see Dawn!’ When we get there, he runs in to see her.He always comes out looking adorable like a stuffed animal.

I visited Manlius Groomery with high hopes for a pleasant grooming experience for my service dog, who is with me 24/7. Unfortunately, the outcome was far from what I expected. After the grooming session, which cost over $100, I noticed two wounds on my dog's neck. Initially, I didn't think much of it, but these seemingly minor wounds escalated into a serious bacterial skin infection.Given my dog's constant presence in clean environments, I can only deduce that the infection was due to the grooming session—possibly from the use of unclean grooming tools. This incident not only caused my dog unnecessary pain but also led to a $300 vet bill for treatment, bringing my total unexpected expenses to around $400.The grooming resulted in my dog being partially shaved, adding to our distress. Considering the high cost and the severe health impact on my service dog, I am deeply disappointed. I had hoped for a safe and professional grooming experience but was met with negligence.Please consider my experience before visiting Manlius Groomery. The well-being of your beloved pet could be at stake.

This is the best groomer I have ever been to. Dawn takes such good care of my dog Butler. He looks fantastic when she is done and he loves her! Manlius Groomery is a wonderful place to take your dog!

The most professional and clean groomers I've ever been to! The girls and Hank are all very talented and accommodating everytime Ihave been there. They treat my dogs so nicely and are exceptional at doing my dogs nails, bathing, and grooming. I will never use another groomers as long as this place is there! The owner Heidi is the sweetest, she's straight forward and I have absolutely nothing to worry about while my dog is in their care. All the groomers are fantastic! Do yourself a favor and bring your dogs here, you will not be disappointed by any means!!!

Wanted to get my dog groomed. They came up with some excuse about first time this first time that or whatever. Charge me $50 didn't trim her didn't even give her a bath just cut her nails and trim the hair on her feet. I took her in there to get groomed not her hair put up in a pom pom. Oh and they sprayed her with something. I wasn't gone 20 minutes and I got the text your dog is ready.

Nails. Bless those w/pups who are compliant… Bless even further those that go to Manlius Groomery to get groomed & gave nails cut. Ripple and I see Heidi just for the nail portion of the program… (Viszlas don’t need alot) But!!! I can’t say enough about Manlius Groomery as a business and how great the groomers all are in terms of interacting with the animals they are working with.🐾💕

We just took our dog to be groomed for the first time ever here. Nicole was incredible with him. As a border collie he is high energy and can be skittish, and she was totally understanding of him. This meant she slowly introduced him to the nail clipper sound and let him chill in a room away from the barking dogs. And the grooming was perfect! No more undercoat and straggly hairs on his legs and backside. We will definitely be back!

Blown away by this salon! Luxury services at an very reasonable price. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and talented! My elderly, special needs dog was in great hands with Emma. She is very kind, patient, and experienced, and my dog has never looked better. His fur was silky smooth and smelled amazing. The salon is incredibly clean and the products seem to be very high quality. This is hands down the best salon in Central New York!

Horribly negligent. I walked my dog past the groomery and the owner took her aggressive dog outside without a leash illegally. The dog immediately physically attacked my dog. Negligence to say the least. The owner even admitted to not being able to properly train her dog
